Terms and Conditions for NFU Mutual’s Free Prize Draw

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over only and excludes employees and agents of NFU Mutual (as defined below) or their families or anyone with any professional association with this promotion.

2. Entries to the competition are made by submitting a fully completed prize draw entry form on-line via the NFU Mutual website.  No purchase necessary.

3. NFU Mutual accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

4. The prize for each month is:

• February - £30 National Garden gift vouchers
• March - A pair of tickets to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show on Thursday 24th May 2012
• April - A pair of Gold Leaf gardening gloves
• May - A pair of tickets to the RHS Hampton Court Palace Show on Thursday 5th July 2012
• June - £30 National Garden gift vouchers
• July - A pair of Gold Leaf gardening gloves
• August - £30 Amazon gift card
• September - A pair of Gold Leaf gardening gloves
• October - £30 National Garden gift vouchers
• November - £30 Amazon gift card
• December - A pair of Gold Leaf gardening gloves
• January - £30 Amazon gift card

5. This is a monthly prize draw running for 12 months from 01/02/12 to 31/01/13. Entries will be entered in to the prize draw for the month in which they are received. Entries received after 11.59pm on the last day of each calendar month will be entered in to the draw for the following calendar month. The prize draw for each month will be held on the first working day of the following calendar month (Draw Date). The winner will be selected at random from all of the eligible entries received.

6. The winner will be notified on-line and by post within seven days of the end of the month. Once the prize is accepted, the prize will be delivered to the winners address within 30 days of the Draw Date. 

7. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if the prize is unclaimed within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplemental winner may be drawn at NFU Mutual’s discretion.

8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this prize draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to their name and county or residence being made publicly available if they win.

9. The winner will be announced on the NFU Mutual website. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a handwritten request along with self addressed envelope detailing your request to Marketing Department, NFU Mutual, Tiddington Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 7BJ, and marked with the name of the prize draw.

10. NFU Mutual’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. NFU Mutual reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or amend this promotion and / or review and revise these terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time without prior notice or compensation and entrants will be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision not held to be invalid.

13. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Entrants’ data will be collected, held and processed by NFU Mutual in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for the purpose of administering this prize draw and for the purposes of providing a quote for NFU Mutual group products. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party outside of the NFU Mutual Group for marketing purposes. If following this promotion you do not wish to receive further marketing materials from the NFU Mutual group of companies, please tick the checkbox titled 'Tick this box if you do not wish to receive marketing communications from NFU Mutual' on the Garden Network form.
