Robert Brooks - Agent
Robert became an NFU Mutual agent over 15 years ago and has a wealth of expertise in rural, farming, estate and commercial insurances. He regularly meets with existing and new customers in Gloucester, Stroud and the surrounding areas and is responsible for heading up the Customer Service team in the branch. Robert is also the NFU Group Secretary for Gloucestershire Central Group and regularly assists his local farming members.
James Witt - Agent
James has been an agent of NFU Mutual since the early 1990's, where he enjoys meeting with existing and new customers in Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Newent and the surrounding North Gloucestershire areas. As well as looking after existing large accounts, James heads up the New Business team and specialises in farming, commercial and large fleet insurances. James is also the Tewkesbury and Newent NFU Group Secretary helping local farmers and growers with their queries.
Jane Templeton - Office Manager
Our newest member of staff who is currently busy getting licensed in all NFU Mutual products, so she can be fully up to speed to manage the Customer Service team on a day to day basis in the New Year. Jane's background of 21 years in the financial services within a mutual environment, stands her in good stead to whip us all into shape!
Belynda Rand - Sales Executive
A member of the New Business team at NFU Mutual Gloucester, Belynda primarily deals with commercial insurances for a variety of businesses including large commercial risks, caterers, wholesalers and tradesmen. She is also happy to provide a quotation for high value Home & Contents and Motor Fleet insurances. She is able to present an insurance quote with no obligation and can visit your business premises or home, to discuss this face to face. The areas Belynda covers are Gloucester, Stroud, Stonehouse and surrounding localities.
Emma Crossley - Customer Service Administrator
With 5 years experience of working at NFU Mutual in Gloucester, Emma is delighted to assist you with your enquiries for NFU Mutual Car, Commercial Vehicle, Home & Contents as well as Small Business Insurance policies.
Caleen Draper - Customer Service Administrator
Caleen is in her 2nd year at NFU Mutual Gloucester and is now fully licensed in all aspects of Personal and Commercial insurance products, so is able to answer your questions with a friendly manner, process policy alterations or provide you with a quote for Motor, Property Owners, Tradesman, Retailers and small Business insurances.
Richard Hague - Customer Service Administrator
With over 5 years experience of working in the insurance industry, Richard is an integral member of the Customer Service Team answering general queries on Personal and Commercial insurances, explaining details of your policies or providing quotations for Office, Caterer and Commercial Vehicle insurances.
Trish Ward - Customer Service Administrator
A key member of NFU Mutual Gloucester's Customer Service team, Trish can assist you with queries on Equine, Home & Contents, Motor and Farming policies.
Lis Probyn - Customer Service Administrator
Lis is an experienced member of the team, handling queries and quotations for Home & Contents, Motor and Equine policies, as well as assisting Robert and James in the administration of NFU matters.
Deb Clayton - Customer Service Administrator
With a wealth of insurance industry experience, Deb has completed her 1st year at the agency in the Customer Service team and is now fully licensed in Car and Commercial Vehicle policies and will happily answer any of your queries or provide you with an insurance quote.
Sarah Tingle - Claims Advisor
With over 8 years insurance experience, Sarah can help you deal with all insurance claim enquiries, working closely with the NFU Mutual specialist claim handler teams and loss adjusters.

Sarah aims to provide an efficient claims service that gives 'plain English' help and advice when customers need it most; upstanding NFU Mutual's reputation for fair claims handling. Sarah has also recently started studying for her CII insurance exams.
Jane Bullock - Office Assistant
With years of insurance and administration experience, Jane is a key support role at the agency. Jane's duties involve the handling of all the behind the scence paperwork, collating renewal documents and outstanding accounts, ensuring the Customer Service team have all the up to date information they require.
Nick James - Financial Consultant
I have over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and can advise you on NFU Mutual products and services, and in special circumstances those of other providers. I would be happy to meet at your convenience to discuss all your financial needs, including pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning, or simply a general financial review.
James Harwood - Risk Management Consultant
RMS is part of the NFU Mutual group and employs a nationwide team of Health & Safety professionals. My role within the team is to provide advice and solutions to customers on their Health & Safety requirements.
