Miles Savage - Agent
I left the Army in 1990 and have worked in the insurance industry ever since. I became an NFU Mutual Agent in 1999. I look after existing large accounts and specialise in new farming and commercial business.
Neil Kenyon - Agent
I have been an Agent and NFU Group Secretary since 1995 after leaving Writtle Agricultural College with a Degree in Rural Resource Development. I specialise in large farming and estate risks and large commercial enterprises and I also run our New Business Team. So if you would like quote for your business insurance, however big or small, I will be happy to assist you. I can visit you at your business premises if you would like to talk to somebody face to face.
Zoe Muggleton - Agent
I started working for NFU Mutual as an Agent after I graduated from Aberdeen University in 1999 with an Agricultural degree. I specialise in farming risks and as a horse owner I specialise in equine insurance.
Vicky King - Sales Associate
I joined the Suffolk Coastal Agency in 2007 and am fully qualified to quote for house, car, commercial vehicle and equine insurance. I am currently training in business policies so by the end of 2008 will be able to quote for commercial business insurance. I am also a member of the new business team.
Carol Lilley - Insurance Advisor
I have worked in the Suffolk Coastal Agency since 1997. My responsibilities include dealing with customer queries, updating policies, quotations, promoting sales and making appointments for our Financial Consultant.
Sarah Rutterford - Insurance Advisor
I have worked for the Suffolk Coastal Agency since 1996. My main roles are making amendments to existing policies and dealing with queries from clients.
Michelle Hurr - Claims Handler
I have worked for Suffolk Coastal Agency for 3 years & handle all the claims. I also quote for motor & home insurance as well as making amendments to existing polices.
Ann Borrett - Filing & Administration
I have worked for NFU Mutual for over 10 years and my duties are filing all the paperwork and making sure that the renewal paperwork reaches the clients in time.
Mandy Payne - General Administration
I joined NFU Mutual in August 2000. My main role within the office is to assist the Agents in correspondence to new and existing clients. I also book the Agents renewal appointments.
