Nine years running the NFU Mutual agency and specialises in new business insurance while keeping a close eye on our existing farm and business clients via annual review and close personal contact.
Susan Westaway - Sales Specialist/Admin
Sue is a knowledgeable member of the sales team who can guide you through the choices of cover until you have exactly what you need. She likes to provide an all round service so we become your one stop shop for insurance products.
Amanda Waldron - Insurance Admin
Amanda has several years experience with NFU Mutual products and is one of the 'phone team' who will take your call and either assist you from first enquiry to conclusion or point you in the right direction if it is a query she is unqualified to answer. A comforting phone manner especially in times of claim crisis.
Mark Ley - Account Executive
Nearly two years experience at NFU Mutual and particularly interested in farming matters as well as dealing with new business and existing business clients.
Suzy Arnot - Insurance Admin
Suzy is an ethusiastic and bubbly member of the 'phone team' who will again lead you through the necessary questions to create the right product for you. She also has a special interest in dealing with claims and likes to see claims settled at high speed!
Pearl Devaney - Personal Assistant to Agents
More years experience than she cares to divulge assisting clients with multiple insurance queries and has a huge wealth of knowledge of the products available. Specialises now in claims handling and monitoring.
Tracey Headdon - Insurance Admin
Tracey has a calm and reassuring phone manner that puts clients at their ease and a professional manner that is regularly commented on. She can help with most enquiries and knows when to pass to an agent if the subject is one she is not qualified in.
Rachel Cleverdon - Office Manager
Rachel sees to the smooth running of the general insurance processing in the office. Once again, more years working with NFU Mutual than she would care to divulge!
Rebbecca Lavis - Insurance Admin
New member of the office team who is training at present but already part of the 'phone team' and can signpost your enquiry to the correct dept. Soon to be qualified as a full member of the sales and admin team.
