  Although I'm a proud supporter of Bristol Rovers, I'm even prouder of the lasting relationships I've built with all of my customers since dedicating my working life to NFU Mutual back in 1977. My motto is "the most important asset anybody can insure, is themselves" and that's why you'll normally find me out of the branch spending time with my customers ensuring we're doing exactly that.

  I was born in Melton Mowbray (and that's no pork-pie!) but, after completing a degree in psychology at Oxford, I moved to Tarvin, and in 1983 joined NFU Mutual. Although my hobbies are listening to music and dancing, I've never made a song or dance about ensuring my customers get the right service and cover.

  I joined the branch in 2009 and having come from a local farming family, I understand the day-to-day challenges both our local farmers and other businesses face. I provide insurance quotations for new business enquiries whether commercial or personal but also enjoy to take time building relationships with our existing clients.

  I have been working at the Hanmer NFU Mutual office for a year now and enjoy helping customers both over the phone and in the office, with their day to day requests on personal policies or accounts enquries. I originally trained as a history teacher in Southport but, am pleased to have settled in the area, working for such a long standing and trusted company like NFU Mutual.
