• Jim Griffiths - Financial Consultant

  Also in our branch team is Jim Griffiths, our Financial Consultant who has been with NFU Mutual for 14 years. Jim is based in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Jim has built a reputation in the area for his experience and guidance on all matters to protect you, your business, pensions and investments.

  NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Nicola Thomas - Office Manager

  I manage the office and have been with NFU Mutual for 23 years. Originally working in the Regional Branch as a Senior Underwriter and Network trainer/auditor. For the last 13 years I have worked in the group office, helping and assisting customers with their insurance needs. Proficient in NFU Mutual compliance and product exams, and also CII qualified. Face to face contact and high levels of service is our constant aim.

• Douglas Spencer - Sales Executive

  I started in May 2010, following my graduation from university in economics and geography and a year out in Australia working on farms etc. Having passed my NFU Mutual product licensing exams I am here to assist with promoting the products of NFU Mutual, quote for new business and meet new commercial clients.

• Alex Price - Sales Support Clerk

  I have been with the Hay branch since 2002. I am from a farming background and now have my own smallholding / farm. I have passed all my NFU Mutual product exams and enjoy dealing with and assisting customers on a daily basis, service being of utmost importance to me as with all the team.

• Lucy Morgan - Sales Support Clerk

  I am the youngest member of the team and have been with the Hay office since 2007. I have passed all my NFU Mutual product exams and I am sales support based and deal with customers queries new and old. I enjoy meeting customers and the sales element of my job. I always try to provide a first class service.

• Aimee Wilsher - Sales Support

  I am new to the Hay Office and started in September this year.  I am presently training to a high standard and looking forward to dealing with  the customer base both on new and existing business quotes and queries.

• Zoe Brute - Office Administrator

  I joined the team in 2008 and I am the Office Administrator. My main duties are the renewals and the general running of the office admin. You may however speak with me as I also sometimes deal with customers at reception and take phone messages. I always strive to do the best in my job.

• Emma Haines - Customer Advisor

  I joined the Hay Office in October and I am from a farming background. Once trained I look forward to assisting and helping our customer base.
