John Thomas - Agent

I am a Senior Agent in the Hay Office and have been with NFU Mutual for some 29 years, developing my NFU Mutual insurance skills and knowledge. I am here to help and advise on insurance matters, striving for a first class service at all times. Proficient in NFU Mutual's compliance and product exams.

Nicola Thomas - Office Manager

I manage the office and have been with NFU Mutual for 18 years. Originally I worked in the South Wales Branch office, as a Senior Underwriter and Network Computer Trainer/Auditor. For the last 9 months I have worked in a group office, helping and assisting customers with their insurance needs. Proficient in NFU Mutual's compliance and product exams, and I also hold the Chartered Insurance Institute's Certificate of Insurance Practice.

Alexandra Price - Sales Support Clerk

I have been with the Hay office since 2002. I am from a farming background and now have a smallholding. I have also passed all my NFU Mutual and compliance examinations, and enjoy dealing with and advising customers on a daily basis.

Lucy Morgan - Sales Support Clerk

I am now the youngest member of the team and started in August 2007. I am Sales Support based and deal with customers new and existing business queries. I am progressing through the training program quickly and have already completed the motor and personal sectors. I enjoy the sales elements and customer contact within my job roll.

Julie Hartery - Sales Support Clerk

I am fortunate to have previous insurance experience both with NFU Mutual as an underwriter for 8 years, and with an insurance broker as office manager for 9 years. This experience will help in regard to compliance and build on my insurance knowledge. I am now on a learning fast track to obtain my necessary internal qualification, I am looking forward to assisting the team and dealing with our customers.

Zoe Brute - Office Administrator

I recently joined the team and I am the Office Administrator. My main duties are the renewals and the general running of the office administration. You may however speak with me as I also sometimes deal with customers at reception and take phone messages.

Jim Griffiths - Financial Consultant

Also in our office team is Jim Griffiths, our Financial Consultant who has been with NFU Mutual for 11 years. Jim is based in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Jim is building a reputation in the area for his experience and guidance on all matters relating to protecting you, your business, pensions and investments.
