  Annie Streeter - Agent

  Annie joined NFU Mutual in 1993 after finishing her degree at Seale Hayne Agricultural College. Annie can arrange NFU Mutual's fill range of General Insurance products, specialising in Farm and Business Insurances and is happy to visit customers at their premises.

  Jane Cowans - Agent

  Jane joined NFU Mutual in 1993 after attending Brinsbury Agriculural College, and deals with all aspects of the NFU Mutual general insurance portfolio. She administers the accounting process. Promoting and maintaining customer service is her focus.

  Christine Smith - Claims Manager and Sales Support

  Christine joined Annie and Jane in 1997, mainly dealing with customer claims. She is experienced, efficient and calm - invaluable in a crisis. Christine is also happy to provide motor insurance quotations and arranging appointments with our Financial Consultant in her spare time!

  Andy Mitchell - Sale Support Assistant

  Andy also joined us in June 2008 having had a financial background. He provides quotations for Motor, Home and Contents and Equine NFU Mutual Insurance Products, and customer support for policy amendments.

• Jenni Collins - Sale Support

  Jenni is currently completing the NFU Mutual Licence process to enable her to provide quotations for Motor Products. She is also responsible for carrying out policy alterations.

  Carole Taylor - Team Support

  Carole is the lynchpin of our team. Whilst maintaining the filing system, sending out bulletins and notices and keeping the office running effeciantly, she somehow finds time to operate the kettle!

• 

  Craig Rickman - Financial Consultant

  Craig is our specialist Financial Consultant who can advise you on a range of NFU Mutual Investments and Protection products (including ISA's). Craig is local, and can meet at a time to suit you.
