Richard Angove - Agent

Before joining NFU Mutual in 1987 as Agent for West Cornwall, Richard graduated as a mechanical engineer and worked for Tom Walkinshaw Racing and Westland Helicopters. Richard offers assistance on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and specialises in horticulture, manufacturing, property and tourism risks.

Brian Lambrick - Agent

Before joining NFU Mutual as Agent in 1991, Brian ran a dairy unit on the Lizard peninsula and was a former chairman of the Helston Branch NFU. Brian offers assistance on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and specialises in agriculture, livestock, farm diversification, and package commercial risks.

Helen Pearse - Sales Advisor

Helen joined the branch in 2002 as a general administrator and in 2009 became our full time Insurance Sales Adviser and financial services co-ordinator. Helen offers assistance on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and introducer for life, pension and life insurance products.

Steve Whittingham-Jones CFP - Financial Consultant

Steve joined NFU Mutual as a Financial Consultant in 2008 from a background in financial services. He provides excellent financial advice on savings, life cover, investments and pensions, whether on a personal or corporate level. He is happy to meet at your convenience to discuss your financial needs from inheritance tax planning to a simple a review of your circumstances.

Carolyn Rogers - Customer Service Advisor

Carolyn joined the branch in 1988. Her principle role is the Client Accounts Administrator, but she also assists on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and is an introducer for life, pension and life insurance products.

Doreen Taylor - Customer Service Advisor

Doreen joined the branch in 2001 and her principle role is the administration of new and existing insurance policies on the companies underwriting computer system. She assists on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and is a restricted introducer for life, pension and life insurance products.

Lisa Sutherland - Customer Service Advisor

Lisa joined the branch in 2003 and specialises in sales and administration of new and existing insurance policies on the companies underwriting computer system. She assists on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and is a restricted introducer for life, pension and life insurance products.

Michelle Pulley - Claims Administrator

Michelle joined the branch in 2004 and her principle role is the processing of our clients insurance claims. She also assists on the range of NFU Mutual's general insurance products and is our equine specialist.

Nicola Andrew - Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator

Nicola joined the branch in 2009 undertaking secretarial and general office administration duties.
