Danny O'Shea - Agent and Partner
Our branch is based right at the heart of our local community and my efforts are mainly focused on managing the insurance for both existing and new, large agricultural and commercial business.

I enjoy what I do and love seeing how different businesses operate and develop over time.
Brett Hewitt - Agent and Partner
I have an extensive knowledge of the local area having grown up here and I am passionate about meeting with the expectations of our customers. My role is to manage insurance for new commercial business and oversee our sales team.
Mary Collins - Office Manager
I have worked in the Henley branch since 1995 and enjoy the day-to-day challenges of my role. I help to manage the branch and deal with new personal, commercial and equine insurance quotations and enquiries.
Lorraine James - Customer Service Team leader
I’ve worked at the Henley branch since 2003. It's my role to manage all claims and process policy amendments. I also help with the administration of the accounts and am a licensed introducer for NFU Mutual financial services.
Claire Hussey - Accounts Executive
I'm responsible for the administration of all the accounts and the day-to-day upkeep of the branch's files. I also help to process policy amendments.
Kevin Williams - Sales Executive
My role is to ensure all of our client's insurance and investment needs are met. I'm available to provide quotations on our range of business insurance. I'm happy to meet at either our branch here at Henley, or visit you at your premises to discuss your insurance or health and safety requirements.
Linda Holyland - Customer Executive
My role is to ensure all of our client's insurance and investment needs are looked after. I primarily focus on the more personal lines of insurance, such as house, motor and tradesman insurance.
Georgina Willis - Customer Telephone Executive
Here at the Henley branch, my role is to deal with personal line insurances such as home, car and equine.
David Robinson - Financial Consultant
As a Financial Consultant I'm here to visit you and offer 'no-obligation' advice on all aspects of financial planning - protection, pensions and investments. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Richard Foreman - Corporate Financial Consultant
Richard is an extremely experienced member of the team he joins us following a number of years as a Customer Telephone Adviser for NFU Mutual. Richard provides specialist advice to company directors and corporate clients about their financial planning, pensions and investments.
Mark Birtles BA (Hons) ACII - Sales Consultant
My role is to provide technical guidance to the Henley in Arden branch, to support servicing and sales activity. I have over 20 years industry experience working for insurance companies, incorporating both underwriting and sales.
Sarah Nunn - Risk Management Consultant, Office Manager & Sales Office Team Leader
I am able to offer assistance to your business in managing risks and ensuring compliance with current legislation, from COSHH assessments, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Policies to Fire Risk Assessments.
