I manage the branch and deal with current and new commercial business. I enjoy what I do and love seeing how different businesses operate.

Mary Collins - Senior Sales Associate & Office Manager

I have been working in the Henley branch for 14 years. I help to manage the office and deal with new commercial business, home and horse insurance enquiries, quotes and processing.

Kevin Williams - Customer Executive

My role is to proactively ensure all of our client's insurance and investment needs are met. I recommend or introduce various products and arrange consultations. I also manage our national affiliations.

Linda Holyland - Customer Executive

As above, my role is to ensure all of our client's insurance and investment needs are met. I primarily focus on the more personal lines of insurance, such as House and Motor.

Lorraine James - Senior Sales Support

I have been in the Henley in Arden branch for the last 7 years now. I look after all claims and process policy changes.

Charlotte Hooper - Sales Support

It's my role to support all sales and processing activity in the branch.

Claire Hussey - Accounts

I am responsible for the administration of your accounts and the day to day upkeep of the Agencies files.

Mark Birtles BA (Hons) ACII - Sales Consultant

My role is to provide technical guidance to the Henley in Arden branch, to support servicing and sales activity. I have over 20 years industry experience working for insurance companies, incorporating both underwriting and sales.

Stuart Irons - Financial Consultant

As a Financial Consultant I'm here to visit you and offer 'no-obligation' advice on all aspects of financial planning: Protection, Pensions and Investments.

I've been with NFU Mutual for 8 years and am a very keen cricketer.

NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Sarah Nunn - Risk Management Consultant

I am able to offer assistance to your business in managing risks and ensuring compliance with current legislation, from COSHH assessments, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Policies to Fire Risk Assessments.
