Steve Andrew
Steve has over 40 years experience working for NFU Mutual. He has been based in Hingham since 1988. Having originated from a farming background he has a deep understanding of rural issues. Steve has lived and worked in Norfolk for the past 30 years.
Diane Johns
Di joined the team in January 2007 as Office Manager after 22 years with the NFU Mutual Regional Office. Di provides support for Steve and the team along with the every day running of the office. She is happy to assist in all aspects of customers insurance needs. With many years experience in handling claims of all sorts with NFU Mutual, she is your first port of call for your claim enquires.
Asilah Jarrald
Asilah joined us in September 2007 from the NFU Mutual office at Holt. She provides a sound knowledge and understanding of Personal Insurances which includes Motor, Home and Equine. With her wealth of knowledge in the horse world, she has become our Horse Insurance expert.
Alexa-rae Bush
Lexy started as Administration Assistant back in May 2007 and has since gained her Licensing Qualifications in Motor and Equine Insurance. Lexy is happy to assist customers with Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor, Motorcycle and Equine enquiries including quotations.
Betty Fox-Carter
Betty has been working with Steve for many years. Now working part time, Betty provides an excellent service in preparing and controlling the release of renewal papers, along with her other administration duties.
