 Neil Oakley runs a print finishing business in Exeter. Up until a few years ago, he thought NFU Mutual was all 'tweed suits and green wellies'. His wife initially approached us to help with her horse insurance in 2005. Because she was so happy with the service, when an Agent approached her about home insurance, she wanted to find out more. She also asked if we could help with their business cover too.
Since then we've arranged the insurances for their vehicles, home, horse and business. Offshore call centres and a lack of support from my broker ultimately led me to look elsewhere.'
What he really appreciates most about us now is our 'personal, friendly, local service and stability of staff. Sometimes insurance companies can suffer from rapid staff turnover which doesn't help when developing a strong business relationship. I'm pleased to say this isn't the case with NFU Mutual at all.'
