Paul can also offer a full financial planning service to both our personal and commercial clients from long term savings to retirement. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Carol Patton

  Carol is assistant agent joining in 2008. Carol brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles within the financial sector and deals with the needs of our business clientele.

• Kirsty Hallam

  Kirsty is our Risk Management Sales Executive. She advises on a range of risk management services from COSHH assessments, fire risk assessments and health and safety for our business customers.

• Janis Yeoman

  Janis has been with the agency since 2001 after working within various insurance roles gaining ACII qualification. Janis deals with personal insurance ranging from equine, vehicle and home insurance. Janis also supports our clients through the claims process.

• Emma Smith

  Emma has been with Howden since 2003 and brought with her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. Emma can also provide quotations for personal insurances and handles the branch accounts.

• Alice North

  Alice joined the agency in 2008 working part time. Alice can provide quotations for personal insurance and provides office administration support for all members of the team.

• Grant Hartley - Sales Consultant

  Providing technical support to the agency in their sales and servicing activity. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.
