• Scott Carruthers - Agent

  Scott has been an agent with NFU Mutual since 2006, now managing both the Ingliston and Edinburgh offices. Scott is NFU Group Secretary for East Lothian, supporting the local farming members as well as meeting with new and existing customers to assist them with their insurance needs.

• Linda Blackwood - Agent

  Linda has been an agent with NFU Mutual since 2008, and is the group secretary for the Bathgate, West Calder and Midlothian branches. Linda specialises mainly on farm and commercial business but can provide you with help and support with any query you may have.

• Sarah Dunn - Office Manager

  After receiving her Masters degree in Business Management, Sarah joined NFU Mutual here at Ingliston in 2010 and has the responsibility for the day to day running of the branch, supporting all members of the team in their day to day work. Sarah is also responsible for handling the accounts in the office and is licensed to handle any queries you may have in regard to your general insurance needs.

• Kellie Sobota - Agents’ Assistant

  Kellie has been with NFU Mutual since 2005, Kellie is an integral member of the team, fully licensed to handle queries regarding all Motor, Home and Lifestyle, Equine and Commercial products. Kellie assists the agents with their work processing renewals and alterations to renewals after agents’ visits and is well known by all our customers!

• Kerry Barr - Claims Manager

  Kerry has been with NFU Mutual since 2010 and works closely with our specialist claim handlers, disaster recovery teams and loss adjusters to help our customers when they experience a claim. Kerry is here to give you the best help and advice available when you need it the most and is also licensed in handling your queries on all Motor, Home and Lifestyle and Commercial packages.

• Doreen Biggar - Accounts Manager

  Doreen has been an integral member of NFU Mutual team here at Ingliston, with over 25 year’s experience. She has an abundance of local knowledge to assist the Customer Service Advisors in their work and is responsible for the accounts in the agency.

• Rebecca Groves - Administration Assistant

  Rebecca’s duties involve handling all the behind the scenes paperwork and outstanding accounts including processing customer renewal paperwork and carrying out changes to policies, keeping the team up-to-date on all the current information that they require to provide the best service for our customers.  Rebecca is also fully licensed to handle your queries on all Motor, Home and Lifestyle and Equine needs.

• Robbie Cowan - Financial Consultant

  As our Financial Consultant, Robbie is on hand to provide professional advice on NFU Mutual products and services at a time and a place to suit you.  Robbie regularly meets with customers to discuss all their financial needs, including pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning, or simply providing a general financial review.

  RMS is part of NFU Mutual group and employs a nationwide team of Health & Safety professionals. Debbie’s role within the team is to provide advice and solutions to customers on their Health & Safety requirements.
