Richard has over 20 years experience in Banking and Insurance. His understanding of local issues enables him to cater for our clients needs with NFU Mutual's wide range of products. Outside work, Richard is a keen golfer, motorsport fanatic and proud father of two young daughters.

Justine Gibbons - Account Executive

Justine is a lively enthusiastic member of the team, who enjoys a challenge! She is always ready to assist on all NFU Mutual general and commercial insurance products.

Natalie Mason - Office Manager

Natalie has over 12 years experience working in the financial services sector on the Isle of Man. She is passionate about developing her team, ensuring they have all the training and development support they need, thus ensuring that customers receive a first class service. Natalie is currently studying for her ILM Certificate.

Michelle Dixon - Senior Sales Support Clerk (Commercial)

Michelle has 12 years experience with NFU Mutual and holds the CII Foundation Certificate in Insurance. She is happy to help you with your commercial new business and renewal enquiries. Outside of  work she is a keen horse rider and member of Ladies of Mann Motorcycle Club.

Danielle Bradley - Sales Advisor

Danielle has been with NFU Mutual since December 2005. She specialises in Equine and House insurance but can also help with Commercial enquiries. Danielle is responsible for running campaigns and making renewal calls. She is currently studying for the CII Foundation Certificate.

Emma Pickard - Sales Advisor

Emma has been with NFU Mutual since November 2008. She can assist with all of NFU Mutual Personal products, including Car, House, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor and Horse insurance. She is also happy to assist with claims and any customer enquires.

Callum Robson - Sales Advisor

Callum joined NFU Mutual after studying A Levels at the local IOM College. Callum is licenced in personal lines such as Car, Tractor, Commercial vehicle and Home & Lifestyle. Callum enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends.

George Green - Sales Support Clerk

George has been with NFU Mutual since August 2006. He can assist with all of NFU Mutual Personal and Commercial products, including Car, House and Business insurance. George is currently studying for his ILM certificate. Outside of work George has a passion for aviation and he holds a private pilots licence.

James Fayle - Sales Support Clerk

James joined NFU Mutual after studying at the University of Liverpool where he studied History. James is licenced in personal lines such as Car, Tractor, Commercial Vehicle and Home & Lifestyle.. Outside of work James plays for Douglas & District Football club and is an accomplished pianist.

David Orders – Sales Support Clerk

David joined NFU Mutual from University, obtaining a 2:1 in American Studies.David is licenced in personal lines such as Car, Tractor, Commercial Vehicle and Home & Lifestyle. Outside of work David is a keen musician, plays a guitar and mountain biker.

Lauren McMullen – Sales Support Clerk

Lauren has worked in the finance sector for over three years, so has a strong sense for customer satisfaction. Lauren is licenced in personal lines insurance such as Car, Tractor, Commercial vehicle and Home & Lifestyle. Lauren helps out at the BMX Club in Ramsey, visits to NSC complex for aqua aerobics, and she also loves to read.

Julien Gautier – Sales Consultant

Based in our Regional Head office, Chester Julien frequently visits the Island to support the team. He assist with ensuring the best service and up to date information is relayed to the Isle of Man Team and customers.
