• Louise Sapwell - Agent

  I am the Agent for the Kidderminster branch and deal with farming and commercial insurance cover. I started working for NFU Mutual in 1993 and have been at the Kidderminster branch since 1996.

• Jacqueline Gilbert - Office Manager

  Office Manager, dealing with all the administration and accounting queries within the branch. I joined Kidderminster NFU Mutual branch in April 1998.

• Catherine Price

  I have worked in the Kidderminster branch since September 1997, specialising in horse insurance. I also handle motor and household insurance together with other general insurance queries.

• John Hill - Sales Associate

  I joined the Kidderminster branch in January 2006 after working at Head Office in Stratford for three years. One of my key roles involves visiting clients and commercial premises to discuss their insurance needs.

• Oliver Reilly - Sales Associate

  Having previously worked for an Insurance Broker, I joined the Kidderminster branch in December 2007. I handle all general and commercial insurance.

• Carolyn Roberts

  I joined the Kidderminster team in April 2009 having relocated to the area from Wales where I worked at the NFU Office in Dolgellau. I deal with all Insurance queries and quotations. Should you wish to have a chat in Welsh, I can oblige!

• Sam Bettridge - Financial Consultant

  Although employed directly by NFU Mutual Sam works from our branch advising on all aspects of financial planning including pensions, protection, savings, investments and inheritance tax planning. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of others.
