Nicky Brown - Agent
I am the Agent here in Lanark and have been with NFU Mutual since 1995. I provide expert help and assistance on NFU Mutual’s range of insurance products, in particular business insurances.
Isobel Brown - Claims Manager & Sales Executive
Isobel joined the team in December 1998. Isobel deals with all claims and deals with sales for all general products. Isobel is also an introducer for Life products.
Lynne Morrison - Processing & Individual Support
Lynne joined the team in February 1999. Lynne mainly deals with processing and supporting the other members of staff and has considerable experience in most areas. Lynne is also an introducer for Life products.
Sandra Robson - Office / Accounts Manager
Sandra joined the team in April 2010 and is in charge of the branch and accounts. Sandra also deals with personal policies and is an introducer for Life products.
Allison Lennox - Sales Executive
Allison joined the team in February 2010. Allison deals with new sales for all general insurance products and is our Life products co-ordinator.
Lorraine Hunter - Administrative Assistant
Lorraine joined the team in January 2007. Lorraine mainly deals with processing the renewals and answering the telephone. Lorraine is also an introducer for Life products.
Margaret McLetchie - Administrative Assistant
Margaret joined the team in November 2009. Margaret mainly deals with the filing and ordering of office supplies and answering the telephone.
Robbie Cowan - Financial Consultant
Robbie is our Financial Consultant providing invaluable support and advice to all our customers. He has been a Financial Consultant for many years and joined NFU Mutual in 2002. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
