Matthew joined the team in 2005. He specialises in Commercial & Farming insurance, and also deals with all aspects of NFU Mutual General insurance products.
Calista Kirk - Office Manager
Calista is responsible for the day to day running of the office. She also deals with all Motor & Personal lines of insurance.
Jenna Hindle - Insurance Clerk
Jenna provides customer service with quotations, changes to existing insurance policies & claims for all Motor & Personal lines of insurance.
Trudi Downie - Insurance Clerk

Lisa is the principle accounts clerk & renewals processor. She provides help with office support & administration.
Andy Chaplin - Financial Consultant
Andy can provide you with expert advice on life insurance, pensions & investments from NFU Mutual. He can visit you in your own home or you can arrange a meeting with him in the Lancaster office.
