  William Cross - Senior Agent

  William has been in the Larne office for over 26 years. He has a vast amount of local knowledge and insurance experience that allows him to provide a professional and personal service. He serves customers with business combined insurances ranging from farms to large commercial risks.

  James McCluggage - Agent

  James has been a partner in the Larne office for nearly 2 years. He qualified with a Msc from Queens University in 2006 and has good knowledge and personal experience of the agricultural industry in Northern Ireland. He specailises in the farming, rural and commercial business insurances.

  Rachel Cross - Sales Support Clerk

  The youngest member of the team. Has been working in the office for just over a year. Rachel deals primarily with the agricultural and equine customers. She is also the offices main claims handler and strives to get claims sorted quickly.

  Elizabeth McCormick - Office Administrator

  'Liz' has been based in the Larne office for 8 years. Her main duties are general administration, account queries and claims handling.

• Karen Agnew - Acting Office Manager

  Graduated form Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2007 with a BA Hons in Marketing and Management. Karen is the newest team member. She is resposnible for overseeing the general running of the busy office. She is also the accounts clerk for the agency, so she answers any customer queries on their accounts.

  Lauren Agnew - Sales Associate

  Lauren graduated from UUC IN 2007 with a Bsc Hons in Business and Communications. Her key role is processing policies and new business quotations from new and existing clients. Lauren specialises in car, home and contents, tradesman, retailers and commercial vehicle policies.

• Louise Polley - Sales Support Clerk

  Louise has been with the office nearly two years. Louise is a specialist in NFU Mutual's range of car, home and contents and commercial vehicle policies. She also deals with any amendments which are required from policy inception until renewal.

• Barbara Lewsley - Financial Consultant

  Has been with NFU Mutual for 17 years and has a vast experience in general insurance and financial services. Her role specialises in life insurance, pensions and investments. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

  Kevin Acum - Risk Management Consultant

  We can arrange an appointment for you with Kevin on your business premises. For a fee, he can provide a comprehensive risk management advisory service including important advice on legislation and best practices for your business. This includes an information pack and programme for you to follow.
