David Card - Senior Partner

I specialise in agricultural and commercial insurances and offer support to our diverse range of clients. I am also a keen yachtsman.

James Batchelor-Wylam - Partner

Partner with the branch for over 10 years. I specialise in agriculture, commercial and fleets. When not in the office I enjoy outdoor sports, especially snow boarding.

James Andrews - Sales Associate

I specialise in providing tailored NFU Mutual insurance quotations and arranging policies for personal and commercial customers.

Stephanie Hunt - Sales Associate

I provide personal insurance quotations to new customers. I also coordinate the branch's pensions and investments portfolio.

Vicki Cowlin - Office Manager

As Office Manager I oversee the day to day running of the branch.  With 10 years experience of vehicles, home and contents, equine and travel insurance, I resolve queries from new and existing clients.

Carol Chinery - Accounts Manager

I have over 20 years experience in dealing with your accounts, and am happy to assist you with any account query.

Pennie Oglesby - Claims Administrator

I have many years experience in the insurance industry and have joined the team to handle the claims. I am also able to assist with queries on personal policies.

Emma Edgeley - Office Administrator and Sales Support

I provide sales support by assisting existing customers with their renewals, policy queries and amendments.

Zoey Gingell - Office Administrator and Sales Support

As the newest member of the team I am currently undergoing training. I will be here to provide support to the office and assist new and existing clients.

Kate Plumb - Office Administrator

I have provided all types of administration support for the office for nearly 5 years.

Paul Willis - Financial Consultant
