• Matthew Cox - Agent

  Matthew has worked in the insurance industry since 1986. He previously worked in the NFU Mutual Huntingdon branch and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both commercial and farming insurance. He is also the local NFU Group Secretary and is a keen Tottenham Hotspurs fan.

• Chris Williams - Assistant Agent

  Chris is very happy to join the Leighton Buzzard team as Matthew’s business partner. Previously working for the NFU Mutual in Peterborough he is looking forward to setting up home in a new area. He has wide experience of commercial and business insurance. Out of work Chris enjoys classical singing and driving his MGBGT.

• Gilly Hunt - Customer Service Advisor

  Gilly also began her insurance career with this branch having joined in 1990. She has had various roles and is presently responsible for the accounts and claims functions as well as getting involved in commercial and personal insurance. Outside of the office she enjoys gardening, music and reading thrillers.

• Lin Kellet - Customer Service Advisor

  Lin joined the branch 43 years ago and is the longest serving team member. Having worked at all four previous locations of our branch she is licensed for personal lines as well as some commercial products and handles renewals and office admin. She likes gardening (when does a courgette become a marrow?), reading and films.

• Karen Parsons - Customer Service Advisor

  Karen also joined the team in March 2010 and is licensed for personal lines insurance having worked 4 years in general insurance administration. Much of her spare time is taken up in looking after her two horses and Border Collie.

• Jason Trindade - Customer Service Advisor

  Jason has worked with the branch since March 2010 and looks after the personal insurance needs of our customers including motor, house and horse insurance. He has 7 years experience in the insurance industry and enjoys playing football.

• Linda Watts - Administrator

  Linda is the only "un-licensed" member of staff and deals with general office administration, renewals, filing and a bit of everything else. She works part-time having joined in October 2009 after over 20 years in the car industry and loves crosswords and watching sports.

• Richard Jones - Financial Consultant

  Richard works for NFU Mutual and supports the branch on financial services business. Richard is able to come out to see you to discuss you life insurance, pensions and investments. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
