Joined the insurance industry in 1986 and before taking over in Leighton Buzzard he spent 16 months working for NFU Mutual in Huntingdon. |

Victoria Hatfield-Shaw (Sales Associate)
Has been with the agency since September 2002. She deals with the majority of our new business enquiries but specialises in commercial insurance. |

Gilly Hunt (Accounts and Admin)
Has been with the agency for 17 years and handles general insurance queries as well as the office accounting system. |

Lin Kellet (Sales Support)
Has been with the agency for over 30 years. She deals with general insurance enquiries but has particular responsibility for ensuring that renewals are administered correctly. |

James Framp
James Framp joined the team in September 2007 as a trainee Customer Service Advisor. Once his training is complete he will handle motor and personal insurance quotations and general enquiries. |
