NFU Mutual office - Lichfield Loweth & Smith

We are a friendly and successful office based in the Cathedral City of Lichfield in Staffordshire. Our client base consists of many people who have been insured with us for two or three generations. Our aim is to offer an efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic service to all our clients. Together we have over 150 years experience in insurance.

Derek Loweth

Started as a Senior Agent in Lichfield in 1973 although he has worked in the NFU Mutual network since 1962.

Jenny Smith

Started in the office at Lichfield in August 1966. Progressed to Sales Agent in 1981 and never looked back.

Iris Meredith

Started work for Jenny and Derek in February 1981 on a Youth Training Scheme. Now Office Manager enjoying a varied and interesting job.

Debbie Robinson

Started at the office in July 1991. Duties include renewal accounts and major account reports together with daily correspondence and customer service.

Charlotte Cope

Started in the office in 1994 as the youngest member of the team although sadly this is no longer the case! Duties include daily post, general queries, credit control and customer service.

Marion Hawkins

Worked happily at the office since September 1998 on a part time basis. Deals with general insurance queries, alterations and new policies.

Sue Smith

Started in the office in 2001 after leaving school. Duties include general queries and sales. I am the sales co-ordinator for our Financial Consultant and also deal with Risk Management and NFU Mutual Finance.

Alex Broome

I am a part time Sales Associate who has been witht he office for 7 years. My role is to deal with new customers and prepare quotations for all insurance and sales processes.

Kate Wright

Started at the office in July 2005 having left school with 10 GCSE's. Finally finding my feet in the insurance world.
