Stephen Downard - Senior Group Agent

Stephen qualified with a B Agr from Queens University and has a wealth of personal and professional experience in the agricultural industry. He has over 14 years experience with the NFU Mutual and is heavily involved in top level client management and relationship building for both our farming and non-farming clients.

Robin Anderson - Group Agent

With over 23 years experience at NFU Mutual, Robin values every relationship with his clients on a very personal level. He enjoys the face-to-face contact and one-to-one relationships built over many years in his field orientated, client facing role.

Sharman Gilliland - Group Agent

Sharman also has over 23 years experience, mostly with the farming community, gained through her time as an Agent of the NFU Mutual. She views her clients as personal friends and enjoys building and expanding all client relationships to ensure all clients needs are fulfilled.

Colette Smyth - Office Manager

With over 12 years experience in her time with other top insurance companies and national brokers and now with NFU Mutual, Lisburn, handling high net worth and corporate clients, Colette is responsible for the day-to-day management of the busy "Team Lisburn". She has personal involvement in providing a professional service to all our customer base and is the contact for all of our key accounts.

Alison Brown & Keith Emerson - Sales Associates

As Sales Associates for all of our non-farming business clients, Alison and Keith provide a pro-active and "can do" approach to attracting new business for the Lisburn office of NFU Mutual. They provide a quotation and advisory service for all aspects of business insurance.

Sharon Steenson - Account & Credit Controller

Sharon has over 10 years experience over many roles within NFU Mutual, Lisburn and is currently responsible for all matters of credit control and account queries. She is your contact for all concerns on payments made or due and our direct debit facilities.

Lorna McEvoy, Laura Spence & Lucy Kerr - Sales Support Technicians

Lorna, Laura and Lucy concentrate on providing a high level of sales and administration service and are the first point of call for all of our customers with private motor, household and personal lines insurances and enquiries for quotations.

To help provide the best service, Lucy and Lorna look after all of our clients with surnames falling within A - M (i.e. Abraham to Murray) and Laura handles all of our clients with surnames from Mc - Z (i.e. McAreavey to Zachary).

Contacting the correct person responsible for your account will ensure a swift and professional service to you at all times.

Uel Erwin - Financial Consultant

Uel is the Financial Consultant for the Lisburn and wider area and is available for one-to-one consultations either in our office or in your home where he can advise on a comprehensive range of financial products including investment plans, pensions and protection. He can also provide valuable advice on inheritance tax issues and our range of products.

NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Kevin Acum - Risk Management Consultant

Based locally in Craigavon, we can arrange an appointment for you with Kevin on your business premises. For a fee, he can provide a comprehensive risk management advisory service including important advice on legislation and best practices for your business. This includes an information pack and program for you to follow.
