  Stephen qualified with a B Agr from Queens University and has a wealth of personal and professional experience in the agricultural industry.  He has over 18 years experience with NFU Mutual and is heavily involved in top level client management and relationship building for both our farming and non-farming clients.

• Robin Anderson - Group Agent

  With over 27 years experience at NFU Mutual, Robin values every relationship with his clients on a very personal level. He enjoys the face-to-face contact and one-to-one relationships built over many years in his field orientated, client facing role.

• Sharman Gilliland - Group Agent

  Sharman also has over 27 years experience, mostly with the farming community, gained through her time as an agent of NFU Mutual.  She views her clients as personal friends and enjoys building and expanding all client relationships to ensure all client needs are fulfilled.

• Laura Hutchinson - Office Supervisor

  Laura provides a high level of sales, claims and adminstration services to our key account clients and has built up a great rapport with our long-standing, loyal clients who appreciate her very personal touch to the insurance services they receive.

• Alison Brown - Sales Associate

  As Sales Associate for all of our non-farming business clients, Alison provides a pro-active and "can do" approach to attracting new business for the Lisburn office of NFU Mutual.  She provides quotations and advisory services for all aspects of business insurance.

• Lorna McEvoy - Senior Customer Services Advisor

  Lorna brings many years experience to her valuable role in providing an excellent service to our growing client base.  She provides a one-to-one personal service for new customer enquiries and a committed approach to the handling of claims for our loyal customer base.

• Alison Crockett, Laura Flynn & Joanne Stewart - Customer Services Advisors

  Alison, Laura and Joanne provide a first class point of sales service for all new customer enquiries and claims reporting. In order to provide the absolute best customer service experience, they tend to split the servicing of the wealth of our clients alphabetically. Laura looking after our clients with surnames A - M (ie. Abraham to Murray) and Alison looking after our clients with surnames Mc - Z (ie. McAreavey to Zachary).

• David Walsh & Heidi Ferguson - Customer Telephone Executive

  David and Heidi are the newest members of "Team Lisburn" and also provide a first class, point of sale service for all new customer enquiries.

• Sharon Steenson - Account & Credit Controller

  Sharon has over 10 years experience over many roles within NFU Mutual Lisburn and is currently responsible for all matters of credit control and account queries. She is your contact for all concerns on payments made or due and our direct debit facilities.

• Barbara Lewsley - Financial Consultant

  Barbara is the Financial Consultant for the Lisburn and wider area and is available for one-to-one consultations either in our office or in your home where she can advise on a range of financial products including investment plans, pensions and protection.

• Kevin Acum - Risk Management Consultant

  Based locally in Craigavon, we can arrange an appointment for you with Kevin on your business premises. For a fee, he can provide a comprehensive risk management advisory service including important advice on legislation and best practices for your business.
