  I have been an Agent for NFU Mutual since 1982, most of the time in this Agency. My key area is to give advice to business customers but as part of a small team I am available to offer support to my staff enabling them to provide the fast and accurate information our business and private clients value.

  I have nearly 10 years experience with NFU Mutual and welcome enquiries for the suite of NFU Mutual products including Commercial risks. Also happy to arrange appointments for our Financial Consultant Ian or Risk Management advisor Diane.

  Liz Harding - Administrator

  I joined the Agency in 1997. My role involves the management of NFU Mutual accounts, making amendments to existing policies as well as new enquiries for motor, household including travel, and arranging appointments for our Financial Consultant.

  Joan Watkins - Administrator

  I'm the agency claims handler, ensuring your claim is dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. I also deal with existing policy changes together with new motor, household and livestock including equine enquiries.

  The new girl at the office. At present i am working towards becoming an advisor for your motor and home enquiries. I can also take enquiries regarding a claim.

  Richard McLeod - Sales Consultant

  Richard joined NFU Mutual in June 2011 and will be focusing on business and agency development across North & Mid Wales. Previously he worked in various management roles for Bank of Scotland followed by five years with Nationwide Building Society (within their Regional Brand - Dunfermline Building Society).

  Richard has extensive experience in both personal and commercial financial services provision and will work closely with us in meeting your needs across NFU Mutual's range of products.

  Ian Tomley - Financial Consultant

  I have 15 years experience in Financial Services and can offer advice on Investments, Pensions and Life Insurance. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

  Diane Evans - Risk Management Services Sales Consultant

  Diane is our Risk Management Services Sales Consultant and is available to come and talk to you about tailor made Health and Safety Packages to suit any business and budget. Contact the Llanfair-Caereinion branch to arrange an appointment. Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
