I have been with NFU Mutual since 1990 and in the North Nottinghamshire area since 1997. I maintain and build good relationships with our farming customers by providing a professional and friendly service throughout my agency specialising in all aspects of farming business, and general insurance.
Chris Robinson ACII Chartered Insurer - Agent
I have worked for the NFU Mutual since 2003 and I specialise in insurance products tailored for businesses. I can provide quotations for comprehensive cover for new businesses, and I also maintain a high standard of service to our existing clients, reviewing their insurance needs to make sure their policy meets their requirements.
Charles Hogg - Agent
I have worked for NFU Mutual over 14 years, joining Rachel at the Edwinstowe agency in 2008. My key areas are new business and risk management. I can provide expert help and assistance on all our product range to help local businesses make the right choice for their needs.
Michelle Glover - Office Manager
I have been in the insurance industry for 32 years and I joined Rachel in September 2002. I deal mainly with claims and general enquiries from customers. I am responsible for the running of the branch and continued training of staff.
Liz Miles - Sales Executive
I have worked in the Edwinstowe branch since April 2008. I complete quotations for all aspects of business and personal policies over the telephone. I can arrange visits for face to face quotations for new and existing business, also appointments with our Financial Advisors to discuss Pensions, Investments & Protection.
Michelle Chiverton - Sales Executive
I joined Rachel and her team in May 2011. I provide new business quotations for a range of insurance policies, providing product information and help with all sales enquiries. I also arrange appointments for agent visits to discuss commercial & new business insurance requirements or appointments with our Financial Consultant for advice on Pensions, Investments and Protection.
Amanda Walker - Accounts
I joined the Edwinstowe branch in January 2003 and have worked in the insurance industry for 21 years. I deal with renewal processing and general account queries; I can also process payments over the telephone.
Julie Woolley - Customer Service Advisor
I joined the Edwinstowe branch in May 2009. I administrate and process claims and also provide quotations for general insurance. I can arrange appointments for Pensions, Investments & Protection.
Kerry Gray - Customer Service Advisor
I joined Rachel in May 2009. My main duties are handling enquiries by telephone and email, general insurance quotations and administrative duties. I arrange appointments for Pensions, Investments & Protection.
Jo Lainsbury - Service Advisor
I have worked for Rachel since August this year. I have worked for NFU Mutual previously so it’s lovely to come back. My main duties include general insurance quotes, handling telephone queries and administrative duties.
Shelly Annable - Customer Service Advisor
I have just newly joined the team here at Edwinstowe. My duties are general insurance quotations, handling telephone enquiries and administrative duties.

I have worked for NFU since 1987. I joined Rachel at the local branch in 2001. I deal with all types of correspondence and telephone enquiries.
Nic Gladstone - Sales Consultant
Providing technical support to the agency in their sales and servicing activity. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.
Jonathan Brownbill - Financial Consultant
Jonathan is our Financial Consultant. He has over 20 years experience. He advises on all aspects of NFU Mutual life insurance, pensions and investment products.

NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Jane Cartwright - Risk Management Sales Consultant
Jane Cartwright is the Risk Management Sales Consultant for the agency. Living in the local area, Jane is available for our business customers to provide a high level of technical advise and guidance on Risk Managment and Health & Safety matters. Businesses can call us here at the agency to make an appointment for Jane to visit and discuss all Health & Safety and Risk Management requirements.
