As a key player to our New Business Team she has an exceptional knowledge of our insurance contracts and a speciality in motor, household, contents, equine and is a good sounding board for all other types of commercial insurance. She would be very pleased to make recommendations or take your instruction to alter existing business or quote for new lines of business. Like all members of the New Business Team alteration and amendment is all part of life's rich pageant.
Sarah is an experienced member of the New Business Team. She has developed a very good knowledge of insurance policies designed to cover all motor vehicles including tractors, home and contents and Sarah is also licenced as a restricted introducer to assist with financial services enquiries. Shortly we are confident she will be available to make recommendations with regard to commercial insurance once licenced. She would be pleased to discuss your needs and make recommendations.
Lisa is also a valued member of the New Business Team. Her specialist insurance knowledge is based on motor products which include cars, commercial vehicles, tractors and anything else which might be self-propelled (perhaps not rockets). She is knowledgeable and licenced to assist on our home and contents portfolio. Lisa would be pleased to discuss your needs and make recommendations, administration and amendments to our client portfolio is all part of her expertise.
A valuable time served member of the team, IT and systems understanding are the tools used to help answer customers' enquiries in various important areas of the branch, claims, commercial insurance, small business insurance. Carol has a wide knowledge and understanding of these very complex issues which means that she can answer your questions and enquiries in a very professional manner.
Customer service is an often very over-played description. Aileen has a very wide knowledge of the portfolio of insurance policies and perhaps the most unenviable job in the branch "claims involved" the barometer by which any insurance company is judged but you will always need help in this area to ensure in the case of distress and disaster cover is applicable, all the information is procured and provided to insurers as quickly as possible to ensure a rapid claim settlement. Sometimes it is necessary to enlist the assistance of loss adjusters and other outside influences in ensuring that a claim is handled in the most efficient manner. Without doubt this is probably the most important aspect of the branch and in very capable hands.
Clients accounts and branch payments are paramount to the Marden team's well being. Joan is a vital part of our Customer Services Team. Her wealth of local knowledge and understanding of the vagaries of the various financial institutions with whom we all deal, direct debiting systems, BACS payments and renewal premiums are collected, premiums paid and passed over to insurers, NFU Mutual Insurance Society.
