Rebecca Millard ACII, MIRM - Senior Agent
I have worked in the insurance industry since 1990, joining NFU Mutual in 2001. I assist on general insurance, commercial and farming matters, complimented by my risk management qualifications. I regularly visit clients to analyse their insurance requirements. I am also the NFU Group Secretary.
Katie Weaver - Customer Sales Advisor
I joined the branch in 2006 and provide help and assistance and quotations on all personal insurance products. Coming from a local farming family I've a strong sense of tradition for the farming environment together with an understanding of the specific challenges facing this industry and the local community.
Judy Marklew - Claims / Customer Sales Advisor
I joined the branch in 2000. I am responsible for our claims service whilst also providing assistance on all personal insurance products. I have a (local) farming and equestrian background, with a career in commerce prior to joining the branch.
Claire Noden - Customer Sales Advisor / Accounts
I joined the branch in 1988 and provide expert help and guidance on all aspects of personal insurances together with any administration matters on client's accounts. My long association with the branch means I have well established client relationships together with a detailed knowledge of our insurance products.
Rachel Baker - Commercial Customer Service Adviser
I joined the branch in October 2009 and provide quotations and policy information on general insurance products. This is in addition to delivering an efficient service to meet our existing client's insurance requirements.

I joined the branch in 2007. I ensure the office's administration needs (including client's accounts) are handled smoothly and professionally together with having responsibility for the efficient processing of our client's renewals. I am from a local, farming family.

I joined NFU Mutual in 2001. I provide advice on our portfolio of financial products and services, including protection, pensions, investment and inheritance tax planning (to name only a few). I can a review of your current financial arrangements. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Stephen Lorenzelli APFS - Corporate Financial Consultant
I joined NFU Mutual in 2007 and have been in the industry since 1989. My role involves meeting companies or partnerships of any size, discussing their existing or future requirements and identifying which of NFU Mutual’s financial services or products could offer the solution to the client’s needs. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Diane Evans - Risk Management Services Sales Executive
I joined the NFU Mutual in 2007. I work with the Market Drayton team to help ensure their business and commercial customers are aware of their health and safety responsibilities. At NFU Mutual’s Risk Management Services division we can assist clients in the development and/or implementation of clear and practical systems, which look to address the demands of modern day health and safety legislation. Risk Management Services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
