  Julia lives with her family in the local community and has over 17 years experience of managing this branch. She has a wide knowledge of all farming and commercial insurances including risk management and financial services. She is also the local Group Secretary of NFU.

• Ellie Richardson - Junior Agent, Senior Sales Executive/Office Manager, Sales Executive

  Ellie looks after both new and existing clients, both farming and commercial. Having started her time at the agency working for Julia, she has seen the business develop over the last few years.  She also enjoys contributing to the local RABI.

• Catherine Rollason

  Catherine has been with the agency for over 5 years and deals with requests for commercial insurance as well as having wide knowledge of all NFU Mutual products. Visits to your business to discuss your insurance requirements can be arranged. Call Catherine to arrange an appointments with our Financial Consultant.

• Jon Adams

  Jon joined the agency in 2010 and is now the person to call for quotations for motor and personal insurances, such as home and travel. Jon can also arrange appointments with our Financial Consultant or a telephone call from our Life Services advisors.

• Susan Smith - Senior Customer Services Advisor

  Our most experienced customer services advisor, Susan is the person to call with queries regarding the renewal of your policy.  She also makes amendments to existing policies and can help you with the claims process if you need to make a claim on your home or business insurance.

• Polly Davies - Customer Services Advisor

  Since she joined us in 2010, Polly has quickly become proficient in dealing with motor and personal insurance products and can discuss with you any changes you need to make to your existing policy.  She also shares the claims handling with Susan.

• Emma Hulme - Accounts Advisor

  The newest member of our team, joining us in 2011, Emma deals with our accounts, sends out invoices and takes payments. For queries about your invoice, changing your method of payment etc, call Emma who will be happy to help you.
