I have just received my renewal for my equine insurance and thought that I would just take the opportunity to say what an amazing customer experience I have received from your company.

I have been covered with you now for two years, and have made a claim which caused me much distress but the level of service that I have received from your company has been nothing less that exemplary, I basically had to do nothing, and felt safe in the knowledge that I was being taken care of. Unlike the horrific service received from some of the insurance companies I use for things like house and car, your staff members always answer the phone, are always helpful and informative and ALWAYS call me back when they say they are going to. Other insurance providers could learn a thing or two from you.

Too often people only feel the need to write in with a complaint, and in this case I would like to say what a pleasure is it to be a customer of NFU Mutual.
