We handle all queries in this office from new business, changes to existing policies, claims and accounts. We can provide financial advice on pensions, investments and life insurance through our NFU Mutual Financial Consultant. We also have access to a risk management service through NFU Mutual Risk Management Servcices Limited.

Robert Dunleavy - Senior Group Agent
Robert has been with NFU Mutual since 1990 and with the Marlow Agency since 1997 and his speciality is commercial risks.
Jane Jennings - Group Agent
Jane has been with NFU Mutual since 1989 and deals with Farm business enquiries and face to face insurance reviews.
Michaela Misakova - Customer Advisor
Michaela has now finished taking her exams and is happy to deal with all general motor, household, equine, small business and packages and any claims queries.
Steve Austen - Customer Advisor
Steve deals with all general motor, household, equine and claims queries and is pleased to discuss your needs and requirements.
Tom Bates - Financial Consultant
Tom is happy to come out and discuss your requirements whether it be investments, life insurance or pensions. Tom will also be happy to call out and give you a 'No Obligation' Financial Review.
NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Julie Briggs - Accounts
Julie is our Accounts Handler and is happy to deal with accounts queries and advise on payment by instalments, BACS transfers and credit cards.
Samantha Scott - Technical Assistant
Sam is in charge of all our filing and stationery requirements and most importantly if you pop into the office she will make you a cup of tea and offer you a biscuit.
Cathie Scrivener - Personal Assistant
Cathie is P.A. to Robert and Jane and will remind you if we are waiting for any information of any kind.
Belinda Payne - Office Administrator
Belinda is in charge of all our auditing and internal office administration work.
