  I have been the Agent at Matlock since 1990 and am responsible for all elements of the branch and also get involved with day to day tasks around the branch too. Having a rural background I am able to help both our farming and commercial clients. I qualified as a Chartered Insurance Practitioner which has given me a good working knowledge of insurance, this compliments many years of experience I have with NFU Mutual.

  Having over 20 years experience with NFU Mutual I specialise in providing our full range of commercial insurances and risk management services to new commercial risks.

• Paula - Accounts Manager

  I prepare the accounts for the insurance renewals and process the account payments for the agency. I can also assist our customers if they would like to pay for their insurance by direct debit, credit and debit card.

• Helen and Sharon - Sales Administrators

  We can provide quotations for motor, household and equine insurance and assist clients with any changes they may wish to make to their insurance policies. We are also able to assist our customers with their claims, whether this is to help them to set up a new claim or advising them about an ongoing claim.

• Nic Gladstone - Sales Consultant

  Providing technical support to the branch in their sales and servicing activity. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.

• Dennis Smith - Financial Consultant

  I can advise you in respect of your investment, savings, protection and retirement needs either in our branch or in your home. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
