Fiona Traquair - Agent

Fiona has been the Agent in Matlock since 1990 and combines managing the Agency along with looking after our Farming and Commercial customers.

Emma - Sales Administrator

Emma is able to offer the same friendly and efficient service as Joanne, dealing with quotes, updating existing policies and claims.

Russ Hobson - Financial Consultant

Russ can advise on our range of Life insurance, Pensions and Investment products.

NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Paula - Accounts Supervisor

Paula looks after the accounts for the Agency and will prepare your renewal documentation. She can help with payment queries.

Deborah - Office Manager

Deborah has the responsibility for running the office and makes appointments for Fiona and Russ.

Joanne - Sales Administrator

Joanne can order you a quote for Motor, Household and Horse Policies. She can also make ammendments to any existing policies that you have with us. Joanne will also deal with any claims.

Finance agreements are provided by NFU Mutual Finance Limited.

Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
