• Stephen Jeal and Sarah Procter - Agents

  Stephen has been an Agent at Melton Mowbray for over 30 years and Sarah has more than 9 years experience having operated within two other NFU Mutual branches. We aim to build long term working relationships with our farming, commercial and personal insurance clients by providing a responsive local service. A great deal of our time is spent visiting customers at their premises. We have a team of very experienced multi tasking staff, all of whom are dedicated to looking after your insurance needs whether it be a new policy, an alteration to an existing cover or a new or ongoing claim.

• Office staff

  Julie O'Neill, Nicola Willars, Nichola Webster, Alison Aldridge & Leanne Parker handle your calls on a day-to-day basis whether it’s a new insurance quote, change to an existing policy or make a claim. We welcome visits to the branch as this helps us to get to know you and build and maintain that all important relationship.

• Accounts & Administration support

  Keeley Harrison handles all of our accounting function.

  Dawn Shaw and Jan Hazlewood provide the much needed administration support.

• Martin Scholes - Financial Consultant

  Martin has over 12 years experience as a Financial Consultant having previously been an Independent Financial Advisor and working in the banking and building society sectors. A priority of his is customer care. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Chris Gormley - Corporate Financial Consultant

  Chris has many years’ experience helping our clients with their financial needs and covers all areas of protection, investment, savings and pension planning for both individuals, company directors and corporate clients. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• David Howe - Sales Consultant

  Dave’s supports our team with new sales, servicing of existing clients and to provide technical guidance on car, home and business insurance.
