Having recently completed 35 years service with NFU Mutual, I am proud of my connections with the local farming community and have a good knowledge of the local community as a whole. I have many clients who have trusted me with their insurance needs for all this time and I look forward to forging these sort of links with new customers in the future. I am responsible for the smooth running of the office and its staff, to ensure that our customers receive first class service.

Pauline Bowyer - Oils the wheels of motion
I have held various roles in the office since starting work for the agency in 1991. Now I am the person responsible for keeping stationery stocked, typing letters, filing and organising customers' renewal documents, as well as answering the telephone. If anybody in the office needs help with something or needs something fixing, I am the person to call on!
Carol Richardson - Accounts
Having started working for the agency in 2011, I am responsible for the accuracy of invoices, Direct Debit credit agreements and any other billing documentation. I deal with the collection of payments and can assist you with any payment queries you may have.
