• Elizabeth Grix - Accounts Executive

  Joined the team in 2005 having spent 15 years at a neighbouring branch. Deals with all classes of insurance with expertise and confidence. 

• Janine Brown - Accounts Manager

  Joined the team in 2002. A diverse member of the team, dealing with payments and billing but also able to provide expert help and assistance on a wide range of insurance products. 

• Pat Dominiczak - Office Manager

  Joined the team in 2005, having previously worked for NFU Mutual for 21 years. Manages staff and training within the office and specialises in all classes of insurance. 

• Lauren Tailford - Sales Executive

  Joined the team in 2010 specialising in motor, home and other personal insurances. Our dedicated Life Salesperson. 

• Lauren Harcastle - Customer Service Adviser

  Joined the team in 2009 specialising in motor and personal insurances. Also able to assist with policy amendments and billing enquiries. 

• Diane Lott - Customer Service Advisor

  Joined the team in 2011, having previously worked in insurance. Specialises in motor insurance.

• Vicky Harrison - Customer Service Adviser

  Joined the team in 2011. Vicky is a member of Stamfordam Young Farmers Club having grown up on her family's dairy farm. She is a keen sports woman and horse rider.

• Kate Stewart - Clerical Assistant

  Kate joined the team in Spring 2011 providing important administration support to our busy team.
