Here in the NFU Mutual branch in Narberth we provide a friendly, face to face service for all our customers, both old and new. We pride ourselves on our customer care and guidance and our bespoke service and products for a vast range of Clients.
I began working with NFU and NFU Mutual in 1988 and am currently the Agency Manager. I am experienced in dealing with motor, home and lifestyle, equine and commercial insurance and look forward to dealing with your insurance queries. Currently I work part time at this office with the rest of my time spent working at NFU Mutual Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.
I have been working at the NFU Mutual office in Narberth since April 1995, having only originally been taken on to cover the end of maternity leave for 6 weeks! During my time I have gained a great detail of knowledge and information with regards to insurance products, including motor, house, horse and some business insurances. I also deal with all claims, the office accounts, statements and renewals. I am usually at the end of the phone and will be happy to deal with any queries or enquiries that you may have.
I have been part of the Pembrokeshire North East team since October 2001, having started out in the Crymych office, moving to Narberth in 2002. Since that time I have widened my knowledge and skills and am licensed to sell motor, household and personal and horse covers. I work closely with my colleague, Denise and together we try to provide the best possible service to our customers in a relaxed and friendly environment. I am always available to provide quotations, answer queries and alter existing covers and can be contacted by telephone, email or face to face in the office. I can also arrange appointments with our local Financial Consultant who is happy to provide good, friendly advice on Life and investment matters.
As well as our staff at the office we have a team of people to support us in providing a first class customer service with our Area Manager, Marian Evans, Sales Consultant, Paul McCarthy and a Staff Engineer, Alan John who are based at our Carmarthen area office together with a team of dedicated Underwriters and Claims Handlers based at the Wales regional office in Cardiff Bay. We also have the services of Terry Davies our Financial Consultant who can offer advice on NFU Mutual's broad range of Financial Services. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
