Lindsay Sinclair, NFU Mutual’s Group Chief Executive officially opened our new office at Betley Court Farm on September 28th just two days before the company’s official birthday. Eric Bennion who, at the age of 87, is one of the company’s oldest policyholders was there to mark the occasion.

Michael and Jennie Nicholls attribute the success of their branch to the provision of very high standards of service and building long lasting relationships with members, as Jennie explains:

“People have always valued good service from local businesses and our philosophy has always been to provide an attentive and personal service for clients, whether talking to them on the phone, face-to-face in the office or visiting them at their business or in their home.

“It is this culture of customer care that enables us to really get to know our customers and tailor our services to their needs in a way which simply would not be possible if our business was conducted entirely online or over the telephone.”
