I work closely with our Financial Consultant and can arrange for him to visit you to discuss pensions and investments. Suzy has been with the branch over 15 years and knows most of our customers personally. She keeps our Financial Consultant's diary and will be able to find an appointment to suit you. She will also give you a quick call if we need a little more information and can also book an appoinment for either Shirley or Elaine. Suzy can help you with a quotation or help with a claim and can offer assistance if you are not sure whether you need cover.
Adrian has been with us for over 4 years and has progressed from quotations for personal insurances such as car and home to now advising on business insurances as well. Adrian is our fleet specialist and reviews customers needs as their vehicle numbers may warrant a change to give you more flexibility. Adrian can also deal with ongoing claims.
Lola started out as our 'Girl Friday' about 5 years ago and still carries on with most of this role although she has increased her knowledge to now being able to offer quotations and assistance on our full range of personal insurances and any claims that may occur. Lola can dicuss your renewal with you and help with your account.
Simon joined us in 2009 and progressed from branch junior to be licensed to give assistance and offer quotations on our personal insurances. Simon is our new claims handler and he is the person who will instruct a Loss Adjuster or Cleaning and Repair specialist to make contact with you at the time of your loss.
