Greg Proll - Agent (Stokesley)

Able to assist with the whole product range of NFU Mutual insurance products for personal or business customers. Having been sole Agent in Stokesley since 1994 joined with Michael Hilyer in October 2005 to form a partnership geared to providing great service to a rapidly expanding customer base. Has consistently been one of the most successful Agents in the country with the accolade of winning the national Premier Agents competition on two occasions.

Michael Hilyer - Agent (Northallerton)

NFU Mutual Agent since 1992, dealing with all aspects of farming and commercial insurances, specialising in fleet and property owner risks. Relocated to Northallerton from Shropshire in 2005 to form the Proll & Hilyer partnership, bringing a wealth of experience and successful track record to the team, being amongst the most regular qualifiers in the prestigious Mutual Challenge competition.

Rebecca Little - Office Manager (Stokesley)

Part of the team since 1995 and oversees the general management and regulatory compliance of the branch and can can help with all aspects of NFU Mutual's insurance products.

Charlotte Welford - Customer Services Advisor (Stokesley)

Having previously been employed by a high street broker moved to NFU Stokesley in 2002. Available to provide assistance with all your insurance queries including new business quotations, policy changes, account queries or claims.

Lisa McCarthy - Customer Services Advisor (Stokesley)

With over 12 years experience in personal insurance joining the team in 2004. Involved with general policy queries, alterations, quotations and is able to help with the claims process.

Alison Tapper - Customer Services Adviser (Stokesley) & Life Sales Co-ordinator

Joined the team in 2007 having spent the previous 12 years working for insurance brokers. In addition to providing assistance on all aspects of personal insurances has the role of ensuring our pension, life assurance and investment clients are kept in regular contact with our Financial Consultant to ensure their policies are reviewed regularly.

Jenna Tate - Customer Services Adviser (Stokesley)

Has over 15 years experience in personal, commercial and equine lines of insurance particularly in assisting clients with claims.

Pam Brennan - Office Manager (Northallerton)

In addition to ensuring the smooth running of the branch and managing regulatory compliance Pam can help with all customer needs including quotes, policy changes, account queries and claims. Born and bred in Northallerton and appointed in 1997.

Natasha Payne - Customer Services Advisor (Northallerton)

Always happy to oblige if you have a query on an existing policy, require a quotation or  need help with a claim. Joined us in July 2008 with over 4 years experience in motor and personal insurance.

Kirsty Gordon - Customer Services Advisor (Northallerton)

Joined us along with Natasha in July 2008 from Swinton Colonnade and is available if you require a quotation or have an enquiry on an existing policy or claim.

Ian Todd - Financial Consultant
