• Greg Proll - Agent (Stokesley)

  Able to assist with the whole product range of NFU Mutual insurance products for personal or business customers. Having been sole Agent in Stokesley since 1994 joined with Michael Hilyer in October 2005 to form a partnership geared to providing great service to a rapidly expanding customer base. Has consistently been one of the most successful Agents in the country with the accolade of winning the national Premier Agents competition on two occasions.

• Michael Hilyer - Agent (Northallerton)

  NFU Mutual Agent since 1992, dealing with all aspects of farming and commercial insurances, specialising in fleet and property owner risks. Relocated to Northallerton from Shropshire in 2005 to form the Proll & Hilyer partnership, bringing a wealth of experience and successful track record to the team, being one of the most regular qualifiers in the prestigious Mutual Challenge competition.

• Rebecca Little - Office Manager (Stokesley)

  Part of the team since1995 and oversees the general management of our Stokesley office and can provide assistance on all aspects of NFU Mutual's insurance products. 

• Pam Brennan - Office Manager (Northallerton)

  In addition to ensuring the smooth running of our Northallerton office is able to help with all customer needs including quotes, policy changes, account queries and claims. Born and bred in Northallerton and appointed in 1997. 

• Charlotte McDonagh - Compliance Manager

  Joined the team in 2011 with ten years previous experience of working for NFU Mutual. Responsible for the regulatory compliance of the Agency's two offices and is available to provide help and support across the full range of NFU Mutual products and services. 

• Charlotte Welford - Customer Services Advisor (Stokesley)

  Having previously been employed by a high street broker moved to NFU Stokesley in 2002. Available to provide quotations on the full range of NFU Mutual products and deal with any policy and claims queries you may have.

• Lisa McCarthy - Customer Services Advisor (Stokesley)

  With over 15 years experience in personal insurance joining the team in 2004. Has a key role in the administration of the office and dealing with general queries.

• Jenna Tate - Customer Services Adviser (Stokesley)

  Has over 18 years experience in personal, commercial and equine lines of insurance particularly in assisting clients with claims.

• Victoria Irwin - Sales Executive ( Stokesley)

  Joined our sales team in December 2009 having previously worked for Barclays and Churchill. In addition to providing quotations for the range of personal and business package policies has the role of ensuring our pension, life assurance and investment clients are kept in regular contact with our Financial Consultant to ensure their policies are reviewed regularly.

• Sally Hojka - Customer Service Advisor (Stokesley)

  An addition to our customer service team in July 2010. Joined us from Towergate and will be able to provide quotations and help with policy queries, amendments and claims.

• Dave Scanlan - Sales Executive (Northallerton)

  With over 10 years insurance experience working for Blufin, BIB and as a partner in a local brokerage joined us in April 2010 as an integral member of our sales team. Available to provide our full range of insurance and risk management services to new customers specialising in small to medium sized commercial risks.

• Gay Scanlan - Customer Services Advisor (Northallerton)

  Always happy to oblige if you need help with a claim, have a query on an existing policy or require a quotation. Joined our busy customer service team in April 2010 with many years insurance experience locally having worked for GRE, Commercial Union and the family brokerage business.

• Zoe Greaves - Customer Services Advisor (Northallerton)

  Joined us in April 2010 with over 10 years insurance experience, most recently as a Commercial Team Leader and Account Handler with Blufin, Northallerton and is available if you require a quotation or have an enquiry on an existing policy or claim.

• Ian Corner - Sales Executive (Northallerton)

  Having previously worked for Churchill and an NFU Mutual branch, Ian joined us in July 2010 as an additional member of our sales team providing quotations to new and existing customers.

• Ian Todd - Financial Consultant

  Available to assist you with your investment, savings, protection and retirement needs. Well respected with over 20 years experience within the industry. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
