Faulkner and Deane provide their service within a partnership that has nearly 40-years experience between them and offers specialist knowledge in NFU Mutual's insurance for agricultural and rural based businesses. This is backed by a team of technically able, motivated and efficient staff.

David Faulkner ACII - Agent
David graduated from the UEA in 1979 having taken a degree in Development Studies and then worked on a farm for a year before being appointed as an Agent in 1980. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1992 and has over 25 years experience in insuring agricultural and commercial risks.
Christopher Deane - Agent
I joined David as his partner in 1992. My family are all involved in farming in East Norfolk and although I am not involved in day to day management, I am an active partner in a family farm as well as a large agricultural contracting group and a potato co-operative. This involvement enables me to maintain a thorough knowledge of agriculture and its associated industries. I also serve on the DEFRA Local Active Group, North Norfolk Business Forum - Agricultural Round Table and will shortly be taking on the secretarial role for the Norfolk Farmers Trust.
James Taylor - Sales Associate & Office Manager
I have been working at NFU Mutual North Walsham for over 5 years having worked previously within the NFU Mutual underwriting department. I provide insurance quotations for commercial, farm and personal insurances and I am happy to visit you at your premises to facilitate the process. After a long day I switch off by spending time with my wife and daughter and try whenever possible to spend time outdoors keeping my garden (& chickens) in order.
Bonnie Pask - Trusted Client Advisor and Personal Assistant to David Faulkner
I am the longest serving member of David and Chris' team having worked previously within the NFU Mutual underwriting department. I am able to provide expert help and assistance on all of NFU Mutual's Insurance products and provide Personal Assistance to David Faulkner. At every opportunity possible, I keep busy following Liverpool FC and attending Northern Soul events around Norfolk.
Lucy Crook - Trusted Client Advisor and Personal Assistant to Christopher Deane
I have been working at NFU Mutual North Walsham for over 5 years having worked previously within NFU Mutual underwriting department. I am able to provide expert help and assistance on all of NFU Mutual's Insurance products and provide Personal Assistance to Christopher Deane. Outside of work I keep busy by making bespoke cakes for special occasions and to support local charities.
Sally Watts - Agency Claims Handler
I am the Claims handler in the agency and have worked in insurance since 1979. I provide our clients with the ongoing support they require throughout the duration of their claim and can also provide expert help and assistance on all of NFU Mutual's Insurance products. Whenever possible I keep busy outdoors and enjoy spending time with my family.
Danielle Cawdron - Trusted Client Advisor and Life Assurance and Investment Co-ordinator
I am the investments and life assurance co-ordinator in the agency and also assist James in providing quotations to our clients. I am able to provide expert help and assistance on all of NFU Mutual's Insurance products. Outside of work I keep busy with amateur dramatics and love walking with my Cocker Spaniel.
Nell Nottingham - Client Advisor
I joined the agency at the end of 2010 having worked for Aviva. I am keen to help our clients with personal insurance quotations and can assist our clients in making changes to their existing policies. Any free time I have is spent volunteering as a guider for the Sheringham Ranger Guide Unit.
Laura Gunton - Accounts Handler
I handle the agency accounts and I am responsible for ensuring our clients' renewal paperwork and policy payments are dealt with efficiently. I am also able to help you with any changes or questions you have regarding your personal insurances. In my free time I enjoy horse riding and outdoor pursuits.
Oliver Nelson - Client Advisor
I am the newest member of the team. I provide support to the agency team and will soon be qualified to handle NFU Mutual insurance products. I am looking forward to helping our clients with their insurance requirements. In my spare time you'll find me on the ski slopes whenever possible.
Brian Folkard - Financial Consultant

Carol McCafferty - Corporate Financial Consultant
