Faulkner and Deane provide their service within a partnership that has nearly 40-years experience between them and offers specialist knowledge in NFU Mutual's insurance for agricultural and rural based businesses. This is backed by a team of technically able, motivated and efficient staff.

David Faulkner ACII

David graduated from the UEA in 1979 having taken a degree in Development Studies and then worked on a farm for a year before being appointed as an agent in 1980. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1992 and has over 25 years experience in insuring agricultural and commercial risks.

Christopher Deane

Joined David as his partner in 1992. Christopher's family are all involved in farming in East Norfolk, and although not involved in day to day management, is himself an active partner in a family farm, as well as a large agricultural contracting group and a potato co-operative. This involvement enables him to maintain a thorough knowledge of agriculture and all its associated industries.

Joanne Mitchell

Joanne has worked for the agency since 2000 and is able to quote and assist with all areas of NFU Mutual's range of insurance including business. Joanne is the Office Manager and handles the regulatory matters within the office to ensure that the agency remains compliant. In addition she also organises and monitors all general insurance sales campaigns.

Bonnie Rowlands

Bonnie transferred to the agency in 2004 having previously been employed as an underwriter in the Regional Office. In addition to dealing and quoting for insurance, she also provides PA support to David Faulkner and co-ordinates all Life insurance, Pensions and Investments campaigns for the office.

Leanne Woolston

Leanne joined the office in November 2005 and handles all accounts and renewals within the office. As well as working for two years in an accounts role previously, Leanne also worked for another insurance company for two years.

James Taylor

Since graduating from the UEA James previously worked within the underwriting department in NFU Mutual's Regional Office. Since transferring to the agency in 2006 James has become a key member of staff with a keen interest in farming. He is happy to help in any area and specialises in arranging NFU Mutual's Risk Management Services.

Lucy Crook

Lucy has worked for NFU Mutual since 2004 and transferred to the agency in 2006. Lucy is qualified in most areas of NFU Mutual products and provides PA support to Christopher. In addition Lucy also assists the team by managing the Finance products relating to loans.

Russell Parker

Joined us in 2007 from the Norwich Regional office where he worked in underwriting handling new business accounts. Whilst he does not sell he assists in ensuring that business policies are rated in the best possible way. Like David, Russell is also qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Sally Watts

Sally has worked within the insurance industry for over 25 years. Having joined us in 2007 Sally acts as the claims handler for the agency.

Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.

Finance agreements are provided by NFU Mutual Finance Limited.
