Our team

	Mark Jones - Agent Hi I'm Mark, I joined NFU Mutual in 1990. My main role is dealing with the larger farming and corporate accounts. I am always willing to visit you at home or at your business premises to discuss your insurance needs.

	Gemma Henman - Sales Support Clerk Hi, my name is Gemma and I have worked for the Oswestry branch since June 1997. I joined the office as part of a youth training scheme and became a full time employee after I completed my insurance NVQ qualification. I am licensed to help with all motor and personal products, and some commercial products. I can also introduce you to our Financial Services and Risk Management colleagues. I am able to deal with claims and assist you with any accounting matters you may have with regards to your insurance.

	Rachel Jones - Sales Support Clerk Hello, I'm Rachel and I have worked in the Oswestry branch since 2000. I am licensed to help with all motor, household, equine and commercial products, and deal with claims and account queries on a daily basis. I can also introduce you to my Financial Services and Risk Management colleagues.

	Gaynor Ingram - Sales Support Clerk Hi, my name is Gaynor. I have worked for the Oswestry branch since I left school. I am licensed to help with all motor and personal products. I can also deal with any of your claims.

	Jeni Healey - Sales Support Clerk Hello, my name is Jeni. I am the newest member of the team having been here since July 2009. I take care of the administrative side of things to include filing, typing, sending out renewals and dealing with general enquiries, both face to face and over the telephone.

Meir Ellis - Sales Support Clerk I'm Meir and I started working here in the Oswestry branch 22 years ago. I am licensed to help with all motor and personal products. I can also deal with any of your claims and queries.

Debbie Jones - Financial Consultant My name is Debbie, I am the Financial Consultant in Oswestry. I can advise you on all your financial needs including life insurance, pensions and savings. You can meet me in branch or I will visit you at home at a time convenient to you. NFU Mutual Financial Consultant advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of their providers.
