It was here that my medical cover was clarified and flight home was booked. My insurance covered the full costs of: Rescue off the mountain, immediate medical attention in the local clinic, transport from resort to airport and then airport to home by ambulance, fast track support in the airport and rearranged flights with special seating allowance.
All this was undertaken with speed and efficiency. I cannot fault the care which I received during and after the incident. The Oswestry branch gave me clear and helpful advice, and my claim was dealt with swiftly and all costs incurred were reimbursed within days.
We as a family would not travel without NFU Mutual cover. Having had first hand experience of a stressful incident which did not develop into a crisis due to the professional care I received, I would not hesitate to recommend NFU Mutual to anyone.
