Welcome to the Pembroke office for NFU Mutual. We believe that customer service is what makes us different to dealing with a large call centre and this means we really get to understand your needs whilst offering an efficient, personal and professional service. We pride ourselves that most of our business comes from referrals from our existing customers. We cover a wide area from Angle to Llanteg, taking in Carew, Tenby, Saundersfoot and Kilgetty, as well as Pembroke and Pembroke Dock.

Team Members

Sara Alderman - Agent I have 15 years experience with NFU Mutual and have been an Agent for 10 years. I am married to a dairy farmer and in addition to helping clients with farming needs, I can assist customers personally with their personal, commercial or rural business requirements.

Tania Rogers - Office Manager

I have a broad experience in insurance and the wider market and have been with NFU Mutual for 11 years. I am licensed to advise on all motor, personal, equine and small business products.

Ann Freeman and Caroline Llewelyn - Sales Support Administrators

We both have strong connections with the agricultural community aswell as having an in depth knowledge of all NFU Mutual's insurance products. Together we have 10 years experience with NFU Mutual and are also fully licensed to advise on all motor, personal, equine and small business products.

Steve is our Financial Consultant who deals with NFU Mutual's wide range of pensions, investments and life assurance products.
