I joined the Pembroke branch in the second half of 2008, as a new insurance sales executive to deal with the ever increasing enquiries from our ever widening market base. I specialise in all types of business insurance but can equally well assist in personal covers when required. Part of my remit is to actively promotes our agency around the local towns and I am already gaining a fast growing following of satisfied customers who are new to the quality service and personal touch of NFU Mutual.
Tania Rogers - Office Manager
I joined the Pembroke branch in 1997 as part of the Sales Support team and progressed to the role of Office Manager in 1998. I work part time to allow time for my two daughters. I am responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the branch and that the strict FSA guidelines are adhered to by all staff. I am also licensed to sell all general insurance products and services and can also deal with claims queries.
Ann Freeman - Customer Services and Sales
joined the office in 2000. I enjoy speaking with our clients both on the telephone and those personally visiting the office. I like to feel that I have left them feeling confident and cared for. I have a broad knowledge of all the products I am licensed to discuss and ensure that every query is dealt with in a timely and businesslike manner.
Caroline Llewelyn - Customer Services and Accounts
I joined the Pembroke team in 2001 and am almost a full time member (bar a few hours). I am responsible for the credit control in the branch. My colleagues tell me that I have a unique approach to gently remind customers of their outstanding accounts. I mainly deal with motor and personal and equine products, both with new business, mid term adjustments and claims queries.
Rose Shanklin and Lynne Galliford - Administration Assistants
We are responsible for all the back office administration in Pembroke which includes renewal assembly, monitoring the claims register and updating client files.
