  Having helped on the family farm in my teenage years I left school and started my career in the grain industry. I then joined NFU Mutual and have accumulated over 30 years experience dealing with all aspects of farm, commercial and personal insurances.

  Rob Hicks - Agent

  After growing up on the family farm in Ryedale and attending local schools I went on to graduate from Harper Adams University in BA Agriculture. With my local knowledge and professional qualifications I am in a good position to deal with all aspects of Estate, Farming and Large Commercial insurances.

• Alan Tate-Smith - Agent

  Having worked with Ryedale's farming community for some years I joined the Ryedale branch as and Agent in 2011. The knowledge and experience I have gained has enabled me to specialise in all aspects of farming insurances. I also look after many of our existing and new commercial customers.

• Debbie Harris - Office Manager

  As well as being responsible for the day to day running of the branch, I look after existing customers, both farming and non farming. I also handle new business enquiries for all aspects of insurance, specialising in high net worth and commercial policies.

• Ashley Clark - Sales Executive

  Dedicated to dealing with new business I generally look after our non farming customers. I actively promote the Ryedale branch, ensuring our marketing strategy is effective. In handling enquiries for all your personal insurances, I am now beginning to specialise in the commercial policies.

  Rob Rounding - Financial Consultant

  As a Financial Consultant I ensure the people I see understand the importance of protection, pensions and investments. Advising on what I believe will be right for you its all about making the right informed decision.
