  Stuart Cross has been the Senior Agent at Pitsford since 1996 and first joined NFU Mutual in 1986. He specialises in farming, agri-business and estate insurance and is also the local NFU Group Secretary.

  Victoria Main - Agent

  Victoria joined NFU Mutual in 2002 and took up the position of Agent at Pitsford in 2009. She is experienced in all types of insurance and in Risk Management Services and specialises in commercial insurance.

  Emma Cox - Office Supervisor

  Emma ensures that the office runs smoothly as well as dealing with customer queries and providing quotations.

  Carol Andrews - Claims Handler

  Carol has nearly 10 years experience within the branch and will ensure the smooth handling of any claim in addition to dealing with policy amendments.

  Elaine Groom - Financial Controller

  Elaine has over 25 years service with the branch and handles the accounts as well as dealing with customer queries and policy amendments.

  Hayley Platt - Sales Associate

  Hayley has worked within the branch since 2005 and is experienced in motor, personal, business and equine insurance, providing quotations for new and existing clients.

  Isabel Russell - Account Handler

  Isabel provides quotations for motor, household and equine insurance, as well as carrying out policy amendments and preparing renewal documents.

• 

  David Burnhope - Sales Associate

  David is the newest member of the team, joining us in July 2010. Once he has completed his training period, David will providing quotations for motor, personal and equine insurance.

• Jane Kelly - Financial Services Co-Ordinator

  Jane joined us in 2010 and works closely with Mike Bull, our Financial Consultant ensuring that his appointment diary is always full and discussing our range of Financial Services products with new and existing clients.

• Mike Bull and Chris Gormley - Financial Consultants

  Mike is our resident Financial Consultant and is available for a 'no obligation' full financial review and can offer advice on Life Assurance, Pensions, Savings and Investments. Chris provides specialist advice to company directors and corporate clients. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
