• Stephanie Coxall - Account Executive

  Stephanie is Account Executive for Farming Businesses, Assistant Group Secretary for West Sussex North West NFU and Assistant Executive Officer for West Sussex Growers Association. Licensed in all insurance types, Stephanie is primarily involved in farming and personal insurance.

• Michael Smith - Account Executive

  As an Account Executive for non-Farming Business and larger personal accounts, Mike is able to talk you through your options on all types of insurance cover.

• Russell Howarth - Account Executive, Wider Market

  Russ has been employed by NFU Mutual for 5 years and is Account Executive for non-Farming Business and larger personal accounts. He is happy to help you with any enquiry you may have.

• Steve Russell - Office Manager

  Steve was employed in August 2010 and is responsible for the day to day running and management of the agency sales support team as well as recruiting and training new members of staff. Steve is licensed to handle all general insurance requirements ranging from Motor and Personal to small businesses so if you would like to discuss your current policy or take out a new policy then Steve will be happy to assist.

  Steve also works very closely with our Financial Consultant, John Cater, in managing his diary so if you would like to discuss Financial Services or indeed arrange an appointment with John Cater then please do not hesitate to contact Steve to discuss this."

• Linda Hyde

  Linda joined the agency in 2011. Linda is responsible for the agency accounts, the timely dispatch of renewal documents and collection of premiums. Linda will also be happy to assist with any personal or motor insurance query.

• Caroline Doll

  Caroline is an Account Executive for non-Farming Business and large personal accounts. Her expertise is in high net worth houses and commercial businesses.  She also manages the Nacs, Guild and Ovenu portfolios and is happy to help and advise with any query that you may have.

• Trevor Lawrence - Sales Support

  Trevor will be happy to assist with any personal insurance enquiry.

• Liam Giles - Sales Adviser

  Liam is able to assist with any personal or accounting enquiry. He is soon to become licensed in small business and tradesman insurances.

• Kelly Stern

  Kelly has been employed with the NFU Mutual for two years and is happy to assist with any personal insurance enquiries and claims.

  Kelly is due be off on maternity leave from 27/04/2012 until 27/01/2013.

• Nigel Williams - Sales Consultant

  Nigel is responsible for overseeing a number of agencies in the area but bases himself with us at Pulborough and is a vital and integral part of our team.

  John has over 25 years' experience within the financial services sector and is fully Diploma qualified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, He is available to offer individual expert advice in all financial service areas and appointments can be made to see him either here at the branch, or, if you would prefer, a home visit can be arranged.
