  Brought up on a Somerset dairy farm I have a BSC (Hons) degree in Agriculture and have been an Agent for NFU Mutual since 1988. I can assist on all aspects of insurance and specialise in farming and business insurance. I am also employed by NFU as the Branch Group Secretary.

• Deanna Gladki - Agent

  I joined NFU Mutual in Hertfordshire specialising in equine insurance. Having worked in four NFU Mutual offices in Somerset over the past 12 years I have experience in assisting customers on all aspects of insurance and specialise in business insurance.

• Lisa Smith - Sales Advisor

  I joined the branch in 2008 already having 2 years experience. I am responsible for generating new clients for all aspects of insurance and provide quotations for motor, personal, equine and business insurance. I am also responsible for making appointments for our Financial Consultants and Agents.

  Carol Pilgrim - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  I have worked for the branch since 1992 and can help with motor, personal and equine insurance and specialise in accounts. If you have any payment queries I am always happy to help.

  Anita Ferriday - Customer Service/Claims Advisor

  I have worked for the branch since 2004 already having 8 years experience. I have a wide knowledge of all the roles within the office and can help with all aspects of insurance. I am currently responsible for dealing with claims looking to process these for prompt and efficient settlement.

• Rod Morris - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  Having completed a full naval career I then gained 6 years experience in insurance before joining the branch in May 2010. I can help with all aspects of motor, personal and equine insurance.

• Karen Barratt - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  I joined the branch in 2008 with 16 years insurance experience. I can help with all aspects of motor, personal insurance through to commercial policies.

• Jackie Humphrey - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  Brought up on a Somerset farm I have been with the branch for 16 years. I have a wide knowledge of farm insurance and can help with all aspects of motor and personal insurance. I am currently responsible for compiling, checking and sending out renewal documentation.

  Jane Bradfield - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  After 14 years with the branch I left in 2007 but returned in 2009. I am able to help with all aspects of motor and personal insurance.

  Jackie Kellett - Customer Service/Sales Advisor

  Having gained 24 years insurance experience I joined the branch in 2008. I can help with all types of motor and personal insurance and look to provide a prompt and efficient response to your enquiries.

• Graeme Glister - Financial Consultant

  I am the Financial Consultant for the branch and am employed directly by NFU Mutual. I will be delighted to meet customers old and new to offer a no obligation advice service on all aspects of financial planning. I specialise in protection, pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Graham Sage - Corporate Financial Consultant

  I offer the same service as Graeme Glister but also specialise in business financial advice including key man insurance, corporate pension, SIPPs and similar products. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• James Harwood - Risk Management Sales Consultant

  I represent NFU Mutual Risk Management Services and can arrange a consultant to assist you to manage your business to comply with current health and safety legislation including COSHH, HACCP, Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Assessments etc. Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
