Claire Sedgewick - Senior Account Executive
As Senior Account Executive, Claire can help you with all your business and personal insurances. Claire first started with NFU Mutual in February 2006 at Darlington Agency, then worked as a Locum Agent covering County Durham and North Yorkshire.

With effect from April 2011, Claire has taken up her new appointed role of Agency Senior at Sedgefield to manage the agency. As a local farmers daughter, Claire has an agricultural background and has also developed a knowledge of commercial business insurance. She is licensed to sell all aspects of insurance, therefore able to provide a local service for all your business and personal needs.

Claire is also Group Secretary to Chester Le Street & Sunderland, Trimdon & Haswell and South East Durham branches of the NFU.
Corinne Cooper - Farming Account Executive
Corinne joined the team in June 2010, as our Farming Account Executive, brings knowledge of her farming background and of the equestrian industry. Corinne’s role is to manage the agency’s existing farming accounts and also to source new relationships within our local farming community.

Corinne is also group secretary for this local area for the NFU.
Ailsa - Wider Market Account Executive
Ailsa joined the team in August 2010, bringing with her almost 25 years of experience within the retail banking and insurance industry. Her role involves providing quotations for the full range of NFU Mutual insurance policies, specialising in commercial insurance where she can use her expertise to match the needs of your business to the right policy.

Ailsa very much enjoys working with new and existing clients to build strong relationships that will benefit your company for many years to come.
Nick Greenwell - Account Executive
Nick joined the team in September 2009. As well as gaining experience within the financial services sector, Nick has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry and specialises in all aspects of business and commercial insurance.
Mark Mulgrew - Account Executive
Mark joined the team in November 2009 having worked within the insurance industry since 2003. Mark’s main focus is within the commercial sector although he can assist you in agricultural, motor and all other personal insurance. He is committed to provide you with the correct arrangements for your business needs whilst staying in touch with the ethos of NFU Mutual.
Martin Brazier - Sales Executive
Martin joined the team in January 2009, having worked in the insurance industry since 2003. Martin is part of our sales team and can provide quotations for our wide range of our business, motor and personal insurance products, which includes light goods vehicles, tradesman, carterers and retailers insurance.
Sarah Ayre - Accounts / Sales Support Clerk
Sarah joined the team in July 2001, coming from a customer service and accounts background. Whilst Sarah’s role is predominately accounts based, she is also able to provide you with quotations and expert assistance for all your motor and personal enquiries.
Jacqueline Kennedy - Sales Support Clerk
Jac joined the team at Sedgefield in March 2007 having spent her previous roles in administration and customer service. Jac's role as Sales Support Clerk will enable her to deal with your general insurance queries, as well as specialising in claims handling.
Sarah Neal - Sales Co-ordinator
Sarah joined the team in May 2009, having spent her previous roles within Financial Services / Sales / Administration. Sarah’s role as Sales Co-ordinator is to provide quotations to existing customers for motor, personal, equine and business and also to answer general enquiries. Sarah is also responsible for collating, updating and feedback of the Agency’s statistics.
Sian Clarke - Sales Support Clerk
Sian joined the team in October 2003 and works part time (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri). Sian is available to answer general queries, process policy alterations or provide quotations for any of our Motor, Personal and Equine insurance policies.
Roz Tonks - Admin Support Clerk
Roz joined the Sedgefield team in July 2002. Roz’s role within the Agency is to provide administrative support and she is also responsible for the preparation and distribution of our customer’s monthly renewal documentation.
Hollie Davison - Admin Support Clerk
Hollie joined the team in April 2009 as administrational support. Hollie’s role involves reception duties, diary management, as well as providing the agency with general office administration.
Mark Grainger Cert PFS, BA (Hons) - Financial Consultant
I joined NFU Mutual in 2008 having previously worked in a variety of roles within the Financial Services industry. I can discuss your investment, protection and retirement needs in our branch or in the comfort of your own home with no obligation to you.
