Zoe Burrows - Senior Account Executive
Brought up on a dairy farm in South Warwickshire I have worked for NFU Mutual since 1990 and as NFU Group Secretary for South Warwickshire branch since February 2003. Within the office I deal with all of the farming enquires and spend a large proportion of my time out on annual reviews or meeting new customers. NFU Mutual offer a wide range of insurance products and policies to meet our customers needs and I can help with all enquiries including business, motor and home insurance.
Stuart McLean - Account Executive
I deal mainly with larger commercial business insurance but can turn my hand to most things - even making the odd cup of tea! With ever changing legislation generating more challenges on those responsible for running a company, it's important to know you can rely on NFU Mutual to provide guidance and help on the correct insurance covers you may need - both compulsory and optional. Our Risk Management Service can provide guidance, a comprehensive report, or even an appointed person to look after your Health & Safety obligations and we may even save you money with our competitive comprehensive policies tailored to suit your business.
Hannah Bridgewater - Sales Advisor
I have worked for the NFU Mutual since June 2009 with my main role in the agency being to look after all of our new customers with their motor and personal insurances. I also deal with commercial clients particularly the smaller risks such and retail and tradesman insurance. One of the great things one of the things I enjoy most about the agency is that you get to know your customers individually so they are a person and not just a policy number. So if you have an insurance question about anything from horses to houses, cars to cats, please feel free to give me a call.
Gemma Caple - Sales Support Clerk
I started in the agency at the same time as Hannah so have been here for just over 2 ½ years. My role is to provide insurance quotations and alterations for new and existing customers and will generally be the first person you speak to if you call the office. I look after all of the policy renewals checking that everything is correct and making sure they are sent out on time. Please pick up the phone and call me if you have any questions regarding an existing policy or have any questions as to whether we could look after any new policies for you.
Elaine Guise - Sales Support Administrator
I have worked for NFU Mutual for 13 years and have been with the Shipston office 9 years, in my current role I specialise in handling insurance claims enquiries. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a loss you'll be reassured by our efficient and sympathetic approach. I can also assist with both changes to existing policies and insurance quotations for new customers.
Claire Watts - Office Manager
I have worked for NFU Mutual since 1999 and returned to the Shipston branch in January 2010 having spent the last 5 years as a Locum Agent supporting other branches in the surrounding counties.

Mark Birtles BA (Hons), ACII - Sales Consultant
I have over 20 years industry experience working for insurance companies, incorporating both underwriting and sales predominantly within the broker market. I re-joined NFU Mutual in May 2007 and my role is to provide technical guidance to the Shipston branch to support servicing and sales activity.
