  Petrina joined NFU Mutual in 2006 and is qualified to sell all NFU Mutual products. Her role is assisting new and existing customers with commercial and personal insurance - whether it be a quotation, policy query or a claim Petrina will be able to help.   Pauleen joined the Agency in September 2011 having worked in Financial sales and marketing for 30+ years. The wealth of experience that Pauleen brings is being channelled into targeting new business for Personal and Business Insurances as well as Financial Services Planning. • Teresa Ridgewell - Accounts Administrator

  Teresa has been in charge of Agency Accounts at the Sittingbourne Agency since March 2004 her role centres around the collection and allocation of policy premiums. The arrival, later this year, of our long awaited fully integrated accounting system will significantly enhance our customer service and efficiency.

• Karen Smeed - Sales Consultant

  Karen has worked for NFU Mutual since January 2006, first as a Training Consultant, responsible for the training, coaching and development of all NFU Mutual Agents and their staff in the Kent and East Sussex area. She is now working in the Sales Consultant role, responsible for supporting (amongst others) the Sittingbourne agency with general sales, campaigns, compliance and customer service. A business graduate and former FE college lecturer, Karen is in the agency every Tuesday dealing with technical queries, liaising with underwriters and NFU Mutual local branch and head office on behalf of the agency.

• Paul Terrington - Financial Consultant

  I have been working with Jeff and the Team at the Sittingbourne branch for the last year and it has been a real pleasure, not only being part of the team but also getting to meet Jeff's customers and enjoying the lovely Kent countryside. I started in the financial industry over 25 years ago and have experience of working in a large insurance company and a major private bank, advising on family protection, pension, IHT and investments. I believe that NFU Mutual's values and the way in which they conduct business are the way forward and fit closely with my own aims for clients, i.e. to protect the family, building and preserving wealth to provide for a comfortable retirement.
