Tim Palmer - Agent & Group Secretary
Tim has been an Agent for NFU Mutual and Group Secretary for the NFU since 1996. Tim specialises in agricultural and commercial insurance, along with assuming the overall responsibility for the branch, jointly with Stephen & Claire.
Claire Radley ACII - Assistant Agent
Claire has worked for NFU Mutual since 2001 and joined the Skipton branch in November 2009. Claire specialises in agricultural and commercial insurance. Claire also works along side Stephen & Tim in managing the branch.
Jonathan Brownbill - Financial Consultant
Jonathan is our Financial Consultant. He has over 20 years experience. He advises on all aspects of NFU Mutual life insurance, pensions and investment products. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Katie Machin - Corporate Financial Consultant
Katie joined NFU Mutual as a Financial Consultant 7 years ago and developed into the Corporate Financial Consultant role 2 years ago having recently obtained the Diploma in Financial Planning. Katie works with the Skipton branch in advising their business clients on their business financial planning needs. These include succession planning, shareholder agreements and shareholder protection, key person cover, Self Invested Personal Pensions, employee pensions and other employee benefits. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Jenny James - Business Development Executive
Jenny has worked for the Skipton branch since May 2007. Jenny is part of our sales team and can provide quotations for a wide range of our personal and business insurance which includes car, home, equine, and tradesman insurance. Jenny is also responsible for managing our Financial Consultants diary.
Helen Duke - Business Development Executive
Helen has worked for the Skipton branch since May 2007. Helen is part of our sales team and can provide quotations for a wide range of our personal and business insurance which includes commercial vehicles, cat and dog, personal accident, surgery and office insurance.
Lydia Fiore - Business Development Executive
Lydia has worked for the Skipton Branch since December 2008. Lydia is part of our sales team and can provide quotations for a wide range of our personal and business insurance which includes light goods vehicles, tractors, caterers and retailers insurance.
Rebecca Throup - Business Development Executive
Rebecca has worked for the Skipton Branch since November 2010. Rebecca is part of our sales team and can provide quotations for a wide range of our personal and business insurance which includes horseboxes, caravan, home working and property owners insurance.
Linda Brown - Customer Service & Accounts Executive
Linda has worked at the Skipton branch since June 1997 and manages our customer accounts. Linda is also able to help with any general enquiries for motor and personal insurances.

David Crossley - Claims Executive
David has worked at the Skipton branch since September 2008. David deals with all aspects of claims and works closely with our regional office in York to ensure prompt attention is given to all claims.
